Bem-aventurado o homem que medita na lei do Senhor de dia e de noite. Ele é como árvore plantada junto a ribeiros de águas.
1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of scoffers. ungodly: or, wicked2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate in it day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written in it: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. have…: or, do wisely

15 I will meditate in thy precepts, and have respect to thy ways.16 I will delight myself in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word.

147 I came before the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in thy word.148 My eyes are awake through the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word.

A meditação produz entendimento, alegria e adoração. Quem medita na Palavra encontra direção, paz e renovação espiritual.
14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. strength: Heb. rock
3 My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.
11 I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old.12 I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.
5 I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.
9 We have thought of thy lovingkindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple.
33 I will sing to the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.34 My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.
