Cristo enfrentou e desarmou o medo da morte
Sentir aperto no peito ao pensar no fim da vida é uma reação humana, mas esse medo não precisa governar os seus dias. Na cruz e na ressurreição, Jesus quebrou o poder da morte para que você possa caminhar livre desse pavor.
Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, so that through death He might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, and free those who through fear of death were subject to slavery all their lives.(Hebrews 2:14,15)
Mostra que o seu medo não é fraqueza solitária: Jesus assumiu a nossa humanidade para desarmar o terror do fim e devolver a você a paz no presente.
But when this perishable puts on the imperishable, and this mortal puts on immortality, then will come about the saying that is written: "Death has been swallowed up in victory. O consolo de Deus quando a angústia aperta
Quando os pensamentos sobre o fim trouxerem inquietação ou solidão, a presença de Deus se faz ainda mais próxima.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I fear no evil, for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.(Psalm 23:4)

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.(Romans 8:36-39)
