Jesus said to him, "‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’(Matthew 22:37)

Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth.(Colossians 3:2)

Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.(Ephesians 5:15,16)

For I say through the grace that was given me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of yourself more highly than you ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith.(Romans 12:3)

Happy is the man who finds wisdom,

the man who gets understanding.(Proverbs 3:13)

He who gets wisdom loves his own soul.

He who keeps understanding shall find good.(Proverbs 19:8)

Iron sharpens iron;

so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance.(Proverbs 27:17)

A fool despises his father’s correction,

but he who heeds reproof shows prudence.(Proverbs 15:5)

Even a fool, when he keeps silent, is counted wise.

When he shuts his lips, he is thought to be discerning.(Proverbs 17:28)

A prudent man sees danger and takes refuge;

but the simple pass on, and suffer for it.(Proverbs 27:12)

"Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock. (Matthew 7:24)

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by his good conduct that his deeds are done in gentleness of wisdom.(James 3:13)

For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.(1 Corinthians 2:2)

For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse.(Romans 1:20)

For in much wisdom is much grief; and he who increases knowledge increases sorrow.(Ecclesiastes 1:18)
