Messias
Jesus é o Messias prometido — o Cristo, o Ungido de Deus. Séculos de profecias apontaram para Ele, e Pedro declarou: 'Tu és o Cristo, o Filho do Deus vivo.'
A confissão messiânica
Pedro confessou: Tu és o Cristo, o Filho do Deus vivo. Os apóstolos pregaram incansavelmente que Jesus é o Messias prometido.
He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" Simon Peter answered, "Yoʋ are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
And every day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they did not cease teaching and preaching the good news that Jesus is the Christ.
But having obtained help from God, I stand to this day testifying to both small and great, saying nothing except what the Prophets and Moses said would take place: that the Christ would suffer and that, as the first to rise from the dead, he would proclaim light 16 ¦ both to 𝔐9 CT PCKto our people and to the Gentiles."
As profecias cumpridas
O Messias viria como Príncipe da Paz, Salvador e Senhor. Cada profecia se cumpriu em Jesus de Nazaré, nascido em Belém.
For to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
Blessed and holy are those who take part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of A,C [67.5%] ¦ Christ. Afterward they will reign 𝔐K [29.1%]Christ, and they will reign with him for A,C,K [82.4%] ¦ the NA TH WH [17%]a thousand years.
Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not expect him.
