Morte

Cristo venceu a morte

Where, O Death, your sting? Where, O Death [[or Hades]], your victory?" And the sting of death [is] sin, and the power of sin the Law; and to Godthanks, to Him who is giving us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ;

The last enemy is done away withdeath.

for since through man [is] death, also through Man [is] a resurrection of the dead,

for even as in Adam all die, so also in the Christ all will be made alive,

The word [is] steadfast: For if we died togetherwe will also live together;

Blessed and holyhe who is having part in the first resurrection; the second death has no authority over these, but they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will reign with Him one thousand years.

A esperança da vida eterna

Jesus disse: 'Eu sou a ressurreição e a vida.'

Jesus said to her, "I AM the resurrection, and the life; he who is believing in Me, even if he may die, will live; and everyone who is living and believing in Me will not diethroughout the age;

Jesus said to her, "I AM the resurrection, and the life; he who is believing in Me, even if he may die, will live; and everyone who is living and believing in Me will not diethroughout the age;

according as I said to you: My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me, and I give continuous life to them, and they will not perishthroughout the age, and no one will snatch them out of My hand;

for God so loved the world that He gave the only begotten Son, that everyone who is believing in Him may not perish, but may have continuous life.

And I do not wish you to be ignorant, brothers, concerning those who have fallen asleep, that you may not sorrow, as also the rest who have no hope, for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also God will bring with Him those asleep through Jesus,

because the LORD Himself, with a shout, with the voice of a chief-messenger, and with the trumpet of God, will come down from Heaven, and the dead in Christ will rise first; then we who are living, who are remaining over, will be snatched up together with them in [the] clouds to meet the LORD in [the] air, and so we will always be with the LORD;

And do not be afraid of those killing the body, and are not able to kill the soul, but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.

for whoever may will to save his life will lose it, and whoever may lose his life for My sake will find it;

for to me to live [is] Christ, and to die [is] gain.

for I am pressed by the two, having the desire to depart, and to be with Christ, for it is far better, and to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account,

For our citizenship is in the heavens, from where we also await a Saviorthe Lord Jesus Christwho will transform the body of our humiliation to its becoming conformed to the body of His glory, according to the working of His power, even to subject all things to Himself.

Alsowhen I walk in a valley of death-shade, || I fear no evil, for You [are] with me, || Your rod and Your staffthey comfort me.

Alsowhen I walk in a valley of death-shade, || I fear no evil, for You [are] with me, || Your rod and Your staffthey comfort me.

for both, if we may live, we live to the LORD; if also we may die, we die to the LORD; both then if we may live, also if we may die, we are the LORD’s;

A eternidade nos aguarda

Deus enxugará toda lágrima. A morte será o último inimigo destruído.

and I heard a great voice out of Heaven, saying, "Behold, the dwelling place of God [is] with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His peoples, and God Himself will be with them [as] their God, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor will there be anymore pain, because the first things passed away."

and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor will there be anymore pain, because the first things passed away."

and as it is reserved for men to die once, and after thisjudgment,

for I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things about to be, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God that [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.

for scarcely for a righteous man will anyone die, for the good man perhaps someone also dares to die; and God commends His own love to us, that, in our being still sinners, Christ died for us;

for if by the offense of the one death reigned through the one, much more those who are receiving the abundance of grace and of the free gift of righteousness, in life will reign through the oneJesus Christ.

for the wages of sin [is] death, and the gift of God [is] continuous life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Better [is] a name than good perfume, || And the day of death than the day of birth.

He enters into peace, they rest on their beds, || [Each] is going straightforward.

The people who are walking in darkness || Have seen a great light, || Dwellers in a land of death-shade, || Light has shone on them.

but from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, you do not eat from it, for in the day of your eating from itdying you die."

Who [is] the man that lives, and does not see death? He delivers his soul from the hand of Sheol. Selah.

To where do I go from Your Spirit? And to where do I flee from Your face? If I ascend the heavensYou [are] there, || And spread out a bed in Sheol, behold, You!

Set me as a seal on your heart, as a seal on your arm, || For strong as death is love, || Sharp as Sheol is jealousy, || Its burnings [are] burnings of fire, a flame of YAH!

And behold, I am going, today, in the way of all the earth, and you have knownwith all your heart, and with all your soulthat there has not fallen one thing of all the good things which your God YHWH has spoken concerning you; the whole have come to you; there has not failed of it one thing.

For I have no pleasure in the death of the dying," || A declaration of Lord YHWH, || "Therefore turn back and live!"

and having cried with a loud voice, Jesus said, "Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit"; now having said this, He breathed His last.

and having lifted up his eyes in Hades, being in torments, he sees Abraham far off, and Lazarus in his bosom, and having cried, he said, Father Abraham, deal kindly with me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and may cool my tongue, because I am distressed in this flame.

afterward the desire having conceived, gives birth to sin, and sin having been perfected, brings forth death.
