Para renovar as forças quando o ânimo acaba
Quando a motivação esgota, o problema quase nunca é falta de esforço — é cansaço acumulado. A Bíblia não pede que você fabrique um entusiasmo fingido, mas mostra onde apoiar o coração quando o tanque esvazia.
He gives strength to the weary,
And to the one who lacks might He increases power.
Though youths grow weary and tired,
And vigorous young men stumble badly,
Yet those who wait for the Lord
Will gain new strength;
They will mount up with wings like eagles,
They will run and not get tired,
They will walk and not become weary.(Isaiah 40:29-31)
Tira o peso de ter que ser forte o tempo todo e lembra que esperar em Deus é o caminho para recuperar o fôlego.
I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.(Philippians 4:13)
Livra da ilusão da autossuficiência: Paulo escreveu isso na prisão, aprendendo que a capacidade de atravessar qualquer fase vem de Cristo, não das circunstâncias.
for it is God who is at work in you, both to desire and to work for His good pleasure.(Philippians 2:13)

Para manter o foco e não desistir da caminhada
Therefore, since we also have such a great cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let’s rid ourselves of every obstacle and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking only at Jesus, the originator and perfecter of the faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.(Hebrews 12:1-3)

For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.(Jeremiah 29:11)
