Para renovar as forças quando o ânimo acaba

Quando a motivação esgota, o problema quase nunca é falta de esforço — é cansaço acumulado. A Bíblia não pede que você fabrique um entusiasmo fingido, mas mostra onde apoiar o coração quando o tanque esvazia.

29 He gives power to the faint; and to [them that have] no might he increases strength.

30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:

31 But they that wait upon the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.(Isaiah 40:29-31)

Tira o peso de ter que ser forte o tempo todo e lembra que esperar em Deus é o caminho para recuperar o fôlego.

13 I can do all things through Moshiach [Messiah] which strengthens me.(Philippians 4:13)

Livra da ilusão da autossuficiência: Paulo escreveu isso na prisão, aprendendo que a capacidade de atravessar qualquer fase vem de Cristo, não das circunstâncias.

13 For it is God-The Father which works in you both to will and to do of [his] good pleasure.(Philippians 2:13)

Dá descanso nos dias em que falta até a disposição de começar, lembrando que o próprio querer é trabalhado por Deus em você.

Para manter o foco e não desistir da caminhada

1 For what reason seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which does so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

2 Looking unto Yeshua [God is Salvation] the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the stake (cross), despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God-The Father.

3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest you2f be wearied and give up in your minds.(Hebrews 12:1-3)

Desvia os olhos do tamanho do cansaço e ancora a atenção em Jesus, que suportou a cruz olhando para a esperança à frente.

13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but [this] one thing [I do], forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

14 I press toward the Mark [a defense] for the prize of the high calling of God-The Father in Moshiach [Messiah] Yeshua [God is Salvation].(Philippians 3:13,14)

Ajuda a soltar a culpa pelo que ficou para trás e renova a decisão de dar o próximo passo hoje, sem carregar peso morto.

6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], he [it is] that does go with youi; he will not fail youi, nor forsake youi.(Deuteronomy 31:6)

Corta a sensação de desamparo e traz coragem para enfrentar decisões difíceis sabendo que você não caminha sozinho.

Para reencontrar sentido na rotina diária

23 And whatsoever you2f do, do [it] heartily, as to the Lord - Kurios, and not unto men;(Colossians 3:23)

Devolve a dignidade das tarefas simples e invisíveis, transformando a rotina de trabalho em um serviço prestado diretamente a Deus.

11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.(Jeremiah 29:11)

Desfaz a ansiedade com o futuro e devolve a paz de saber que a sua história não está à deriva.
