3 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I tell you, unless a man is born from above he cannot see the kingdom of God."

3 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I tell you, unless a man is born from above he cannot see the kingdom of God."4 Nicodemus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter into his mother's womb a second time and be born?"5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I tell you, unless a man is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.6 What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.7 Do not wonder that I said, 'You must be born from above.'8 The wind blows where it will, and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know whence it comes or whither it goes. So is every one who is born of the Spirit."

5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I tell you, unless a man is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.6 What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Spirit is spirit.7 Do not wonder that I said, 'You must be born from above.'

15 I tell you truly whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will not enter it."

1 AT that time the disciples came to Jesus saying, "Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"2 He called to him a little child and stood him in the midst of them3 and said, "I tell you truly, unless you turn and become like the little children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.4 He who humbles himself like this little child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

17 So if any one is in Christ he is a new creature. The old things have passed away, they have become new.

4 We were buried with him by baptism into death, in order that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.5 For if we have grown into union with him by the likeness of his death, surely we shall be united with him by the likeness of his resurrection.6 For we know this, that our old-time humanity was crucified with him, in order that the sinful body might be made powerless, that we might no longer be slaves of sin.7 For one who has died has been pronounced righteous and free from sin.

11 So you must think yourselves dead to sin, but living to God in Christ Jesus.

20 I have been crucified with Christ. I am living, yet no longer I, but Christ is living in me. The life that I am now living in flesh I am living by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

22 that you should put away the old man who belonged to your former way of life and was perishing in deluding passions,23 and that you should be made new in the spirit of your minds24 and put on the new man formed as God approves in the righteousness and holiness of truth.

9 Do not lie to one another. You have stripped off the old self with his practices10 and have clothed yourselves with the new self, which is being renewed into knowledge in the image of its Creator.11 Here there is no Greek or Jew, circumcision or uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, slave or freeman, but Christ is all and in all.

12 All who received him \'97 to them he gave power to become children of God, to those who believe in his name,13 who were born not of blood nor of the will of flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his great mercy has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead \'974 a birth into an inheritance immortal, unstained and unfading, kept in heaven for you

23 for you have been reborn, not from mortal seed but from immortal by the living and enduring word of God.

2 and, like new-born babes, long for the reasonable pure milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation,3 if you have tasted that the Lord is kind.

1 SEE what love the Father has bestowed on us that we should be called children of God. And so we are. The reason why tho world does not know us is that it did not know him.2 Beloved, we are now children of God and it is not yet plain what we shall be. But we know that if he appears we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is.

4 but, when the fullness of time came, God sent forth his Son born of a woman, born under the Law,5 that he might redeem those who were under Law, that we might receive the recognition as sons.
