Negação de Cristo
Negar a Cristo é o ato mais grave que um ser humano pode cometer. Jesus advertiu: quem me negar diante dos homens, eu o negarei diante do meu Pai que está nos céus.
A advertência de Jesus
Jesus alertou sobre as consequências eternas de negá-lo. Quem se envergonha dele, dele o Filho do Homem se envergonhará quando vier em glória.
"He who denies me before men, I will deny before my father Who is in heaven".
Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.
