Negação de Cristo
Negar a Cristo é o ato mais grave que um ser humano pode cometer. Jesus advertiu: quem me negar diante dos homens, eu o negarei diante do meu Pai que está nos céus.
A advertência de Jesus
Jesus alertou sobre as consequências eternas de negá-lo. Quem se envergonha dele, dele o Filho do Homem se envergonhará quando vier em glória.
But he that shall deny me before men, I shall deny him before my Father that is in heavens.
But who that acknowledgeth me and my words, in this generation adulterous and sinful, also man’s Son shall acknowledge him, when he shall come in the glory of his Father, with his angels.
if we suffer [or if we sustain], we shall reign together [with Christ]; if we deny [him], he shall deny us;

Pedro negou Jesus três vezes, mas foi restaurado. A Bíblia alerta contra falsos mestres que negam o Senhor que os resgatou.
Jesus said to him, Truly I say to thee, for in this night before the cock crow, thrice thou shalt deny me.
And he denied before all [men], and said, I know not what thou sayest.
But also false prophets were in the people, as in you shall be masters liars, that shall bring in sects of perdition; and they deny that Lord that bought them, and bring on them-selves hasty perdition [or damnation].
Who is a liar, but this that denieth that Jesus is not Christ? This is antichrist, that denieth the Father, and the Son.
But ye denied the holy and the rightful [or just man], and asked a manslayer to be given to you.
