Ouvir a voz de Deus é o privilégio supremo do cristão. Ele fala por sua Palavra, pelo Espírito e em circunstâncias — e as ovelhas reconhecem a voz do bom Pastor.
As ovelhas ouvem a voz do Pastor
Jesus disse: minhas ovelhas ouvem minha voz, eu as conheço e elas me seguem. A relação com Deus é íntima e pessoal.
according as I said to you: My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me,
it is having been written in the Prophets: And they will all be taught of God; everyone, therefore, who heard from the Father, and learned, comes to Me;
He who is of God, he hears the sayings of God; because of this you do not hear, because you are not of God."
Truly, truly, I say to you, he who is hearing My word, and is believing Him who sent Me, has continuous life, and he does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. Truly, truly, I say to you, [that] there comes an hour, and it now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those having heard will live;
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God;
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of [the] only begotten of [the] Father, full of grace and truth.
Deus fala pela Palavra
Toda Escritura é inspirada por Deus. A Bíblia é a voz confiável de Deus registrada para nos guiar em toda verdade.
Every Writing [is] God-breathed, and profitable for teaching, for conviction, for correction, for instruction that [is] in righteousness, that the man of God may be fitted—having been completed for every good work.
knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Writing comes of private exposition, for prophecy never came by [the] will of man, but men spoke from God, being brought by the Holy Spirit.
So then faith [is] by a report, and the report through a saying of God,
Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock; and the rain descended, and the streams came, and the winds blew, and they beat on that house, and it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.
And He said, "Indeed, rather, blessed those hearing the word of God, and keeping [it]!"

Deus promete: 'Clama a mim, e te responderei.' Quando buscamos sinceramente sua voz, encontramos direção e revelação.
Call to Me, and I answer you, indeed, I declare to you great and inaccessible things—you have not known them.
And your ear hears a word behind you, saying, "This [is] the way, go in it," || When you turn to the right, || And when you turn to the left.
and say, Behold, our God YHWH has showed us His glory and His greatness; and we have heard His voice out of the midst of the fire; this day we have seen that God speaks with man—and he has lived.
The voice of YHWH [is] on the waters, || The God of glory has thundered, || YHWH [is] on many waters. The voice of YHWH [is] with power, || The voice of YHWH [is] with majesty, The voice of YHWH [is] shattering cedars, || Indeed, YHWH shatters the cedars of Lebanon.
My voice [is] to YHWH: I call and He answers me from His holy hill, Selah.
