Jesus disse: minhas ovelhas ouvem minha voz, eu as conheço e elas me seguem. A relação com Deus é íntima e pessoal.
My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
It is written in the Prophets, ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone therefore who has heard and learned from the Father comes to me—
Whoever belongs to God hears the words of God. The reason you do not hear them is because you do not belong to God."
Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
"Truly, truly, I say to you, an hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear it will live.
The Word Became Flesh
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
The Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

First of all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation. For no prophecy ever came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
So then, faith comes by hearing, and hearing comes through the word of God.
The Two Foundations
"Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them I will compare to a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
But he said, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."
