Para quando faltam forças
Deus não ignora a sua dor nem exige que você finja força quando o peito aperta. A Bíblia mostra que Ele se aproxima justamente de quem está ferido, trazendo refúgio real onde o consolo humano não alcança.
The Lord is near to the brokenhearted
And saves those who are crushed in spirit.(Psalm 34:18)
Mostra que você não precisa disfarçar o abatimento para se aproximar de Deus — a sua dor atrai o cuidado dEle, não o afasta.
He heals the brokenhearted
And binds up their wounds.(Psalm 147:3)
Garante que os pedaços do coração que ninguém vê por dentro recebem o tratamento atento e paciente do Senhor.
You have taken account of my miseries;

No cansaço e na sobrecarga da rotina
"Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.(Matthew 11:28)
Tira a obrigação de dar conta de tudo sozinho e convida você a recuperar o fôlego nos braços de Cristo.
Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor fearful.(John 14:27)
Devolve a serenidade que as circunstâncias tentam roubar, entregando uma calma que não depende do dia de amanhã.
God is our refuge and strength,
A very ready help in trouble.(Psalm 46:1)
Dá estabilidade quando o chão parece ceder, lembrando que o socorro divino já está presente no meio da crise.
Quando bate a sensação de solidão

A certeza de que a dor tem limite
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.(2 Corinthians 1:3,4)
Dá propósito ao sofrimento, mostrando que o acolhimento que você recebe de Deus hoje servirá de alívio para alguém amanhã.
For His anger is but for a moment,
His favor is for a lifetime;
Weeping may last for the night,
But a shout of joy comes in the morning.(Psalm 30:5)
Coloca prazo na aflição: a noite escura pode parecer longa, mas o choro não tem a palavra final na sua história.
