A Palavra de Deus é viva, eficaz e eterna. Desde 'No princípio era o Verbo' até 'O céu e a terra passarão, mas as minhas palavras não hão de passar', ela é a revelação suprema do Criador.

The tongue is placed among our members as a world of unrighteousness, staining the entire body, setting the course of life on fire, and itself being set on fire by hell. Every species of beast, bird, reptile, and sea creature can be tamed and has been tamed by man, but no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
So then, faith comes by hearing, and hearing comes through the word of God.
But I ask, have they not heard? On the contrary,
"The message has gone out into all the earth,
and the words to the ends of the world."
