In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.(John 1:1)

The Word became flesh and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the only born Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.(John 1:14)

His Son is the radiance of his glory, the very image of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, who, when he had by himself purified us of our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,(Hebrews 1:3)

God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.(Genesis 1:3)

By Yahweh’s word, the heavens were made:

all their army by the breath of his mouth.(Psalms 33:6)

By faith we understand that the universe has been framed by the word of God, so that what is seen has not been made out of things which are visible.(Hebrews 11:3)

For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart.(Hebrews 4:12)

"Isn’t my word like fire?" says Yahweh; "and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?(Jeremiah 23:29)

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;(Ephesians 6:17)

Toda a Escritura é inspirada

Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that each person who belongs to God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.(2 Timothy 3:16,17)

The entrance of your words gives light.

It gives understanding to the simple.(Psalms 119:130)

I have hidden your word in my heart,

that I might not sin against you.(Psalms 119:11)

How can a young man keep his way pure?

By living according to your word.(Psalms 119:9)

All of your words are truth.

Every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever.

SIN AND SHIN(Psalms 119:160)

But be doers of the word, and not only hearers, deluding your own selves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror; for he sees himself, and goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was.(James 1:22-24)

Therefore, putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.(James 1:21)

"Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock. (Matthew 7:24)

But he said, "On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it."(Luke 11:28)

But he answered, "It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth.’"(Matthew 4:4)

Amazement came on all and they spoke together, one with another, saying, "What is this word? For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out!"(Luke 4:36)

The grass withers,

the flower fades;

but the word of our God stands forever."(Isaiah 40:8)

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. (Matthew 24:35)

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. (Mark 13:31)

For Yahweh’s word is right.

All his work is done in faithfulness.(Psalms 33:4)

"Every word of God is flawless.

He is a shield to those who take refuge in him.(Proverbs 30:5)

For Yahweh gives wisdom.

Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.(Proverbs 2:6)

Jesus therefore said to those Jews who had believed him, "If you remain in my word, then you are truly my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." (John 8:31,32)

"Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life, and doesn’t come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. (John 5:24)

Jesus answered him, "If a man loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. (John 14:23)

You are already pruned clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. (John 15:3)

Sanctify them in your truth. Your word is truth.(John 17:17)

Most certainly, I tell you, if a person keeps my word, he will never see death."(John 8:51)

When therefore he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he said this, and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had said.(John 2:22)

This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it; for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.(Joshua 1:8)

Your words were found,

and I ate them.

Your words were to me a joy and the rejoicing of my heart,

for I am called by your name, Yahweh, God of Armies.(Jeremiah 15:16)

He humbled you, allowed you to be hungry, and fed you with manna, which you didn’t know, neither did your fathers know, that he might teach you that man does not live by bread only, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of Yahweh’s mouth.(Deuteronomy 8:3)

as newborn babies, long for the pure spiritual milk, that with it you may grow,(1 Peter 2:2)

So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. But I say, didn’t they hear? Yes, most certainly,

"Their sound went out into all the earth,

their words to the ends of the world."(Romans 10:17,18)

In God, I praise his word.

In God, I put my trust.

I will not be afraid.

What can flesh do to me?(Psalms 56:4)

As for God, his way is perfect.

Yahweh’s word is tried.

He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.(Psalms 18:30)

that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.(Romans 10:9,10)

There is one who speaks rashly like the piercing of a sword,

but the tongue of the wise heals.(Proverbs 12:18)

A gentle answer turns away wrath,

but a harsh word stirs up anger.(Proverbs 15:1)

A man’s stomach is filled with the fruit of his mouth.

With the harvest of his lips he is satisfied.

Death and life are in the power of the tongue;

those who love it will eat its fruit.(Proverbs 18:20,21)

The mouth of the righteous is a spring of life,

but violence covers the mouth of the wicked.(Proverbs 10:11)

Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down,

but a kind word makes it glad.(Proverbs 12:25)

You offspring of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. (Matthew 12:34)

I tell you that every idle word that men speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned."(Matthew 12:36,37)

But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the heart, and they defile the man. For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies. (Matthew 15:18,19)

For we all stumble in many things. Anyone who doesn’t stumble in word is a perfect person, able to bridle the whole body also.(James 3:2)

Indeed, we put bits into the horses’ mouths so that they may obey us, and we guide their whole body. Behold, the ships also, though they are so big and are driven by fierce winds, are yet guided by a very small rudder, wherever the pilot desires. So the tongue is also a little member, and boasts great things. See how a small fire can spread to a large forest! And the tongue is a fire. The world of iniquity among our members is the tongue, which defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature, and is set on fire by Gehenna. For every kind of animal, bird, creeping thing, and sea creature is tamed, and has been tamed by mankind; but nobody can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.(James 3:3-8)
