O pão da vida
Jesus se declarou o Pão da Vida — o alimento espiritual que satisfaz a fome mais profunda da alma humana. Quem come deste pão viverá para sempre.
Eu sou o Pão da Vida
Jesus disse: 'Eu sou o pão da vida; quem vem a mim nunca terá fome.' Ele é o sustento que sacia a alma eternamente.
And Jesus said to them, "I AM the bread of life; he who is coming to Me may not hunger, and he who is believing in Me may not thirst—at any time;
I AM the bread of life;
The Jews, therefore, were murmuring at Him, because He said, "I AM the bread that came down out of Heaven";
do not work for the food that is perishing, but for the food that is remaining to continuous life, which the Son of Man will give to you, for the Father sealed Him—[even] God."
O pão que dá vida ao mundo
Jesus é o pão vivo que desceu do céu. Quem come da sua carne e bebe do seu sangue tem a vida eterna e será ressuscitado no último dia.
I AM the living bread that came down out of Heaven; if anyone may eat of this bread he will live—throughout the age; and the bread also that I will give is My flesh, that I will give for the life of the world."
Jesus, therefore, said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, if you may not eat the flesh of the Son of Man, and may not drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves;
Jesus says to him, "I AM the way, and the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father, if not through Me;
Saciar a fome da alma
Bem-aventurados os que têm fome e sede de justiça, porque serão fartos. Nem só de pão vive o homem, mas de toda palavra que sai da boca de Deus.
Blessed those hungering and thirsting for righteousness—because they will be filled.
But He answering said, "It has been written: Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word coming forth from the mouth of God."
Because of this I say to you, do not be anxious for your life, what you may eat, and what you may drink, nor for your body, what you may put on. Is not life more than nourishment, and the body than clothing? Look to the birds of the sky, for they do not sow, nor reap, nor gather into storehouses, and your heavenly Father nourishes them; are you not much better than they?
