O que é a paz segundo a Bíblia

A paz na Bíblia não é a ausência de problemas, mas a presença de Deus no meio deles. Ela sustenta o coração quando as circunstâncias fogem do controle, porque nasce da certeza de quem governa cada detalhe da sua vida.

27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.(John 14:27)

Tira o peso de tentar controlar o amanhã e devolve a calma que as circunstâncias não conseguem dar.

33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me you2f might have peace. In the world you2f shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.(John 16:33)

Lembra que as aflições do presente não têm a palavra final sobre a sua história.

Para vencer a ansiedade e acalmar os pensamentos

Quando a mente é bombardeada por preocupações com o futuro, a Escritura orienta a descarregar cada angústia na presença de Deus.

6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God-The Father.

7 And the peace of God-The Father, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Moshiach [Messiah] Yeshua [God is Salvation].(Philippians 4:6,7)

Protege a mente e os sentimentos quando você troca a preocupação pela oração sincera.

3 youi will keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] detained (held) [on youi]: because he in youi.(Isaiah 26:3)

Firma a sua confiança na fidelidade de Deus em vez de deixá-la solta na incerteza.

Para encontrar descanso e conseguir dormir

O cansaço físico e mental encontra refúgio seguro na certeza de que Deus continua acordado e cuidando de tudo.

8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for youi, LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], only makes me dwell in safety.(Tehillim - Psalms 4:8)

Desarma o medo da noite e ajuda a deitar a cabeça no travesseiro sem carregar o peso do dia seguinte.

10 Be still, and know that I [am] God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.(Tehillim - Psalms 46:10)

Faz parar a correria interior e devolve o fôlego a quem tenta resolver tudo com as próprias forças.

39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.(Mark 4:39)

Lembra que a voz que acalmou o mar da Galileia tem autoridade sobre as tempestades da sua casa.

Paz com Deus: o fim da culpa e do medo

A base de toda serenidade verdadeira é saber que a comunhão com o Criador foi restaurada por meio de Jesus.

1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God-The Father through our Lord - Kurios [he to whom a person belongs] Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah]:(Romans 5:1)

Tira o peso da condenação e coloca você em uma relação segura de filho com o Pai.

20 And, having made peace through the blood of his stake (cross), by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, [I say], whether [they be] things in earth, or things in heaven.(Colossians 1:20)

Garante que a reconciliação foi selada na cruz, sem deixar nenhuma dívida pendente.

14 For he is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of partition [between us];

15 Having abolished in his flesh the hatred (being an enemy), [even] the law of commandments [contained] in ordinances; for to make in himself of two one new man, [so] making peace;(Ephesians 2:14,15)

Derruba os muros da inimizade e constrói um caminho aberto para se aproximar de Deus sem medo.

Como cultivar a paz nos relacionamentos

Viver em paz com as pessoas ao redor exige desarmar o orgulho diário e abrir mão da necessidade de ter a última palavra.

9 "Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) are those who pursue peace, for they shall be called sons of Elohim (The Many Powered) [The Living Word of God]".(Gosel 5:9)

Mostra que o esforço para apagar conflitos reflete diretamente o caráter de Deus na família e no trabalho.

18 If it be possible, as much as lies in you, live peaceably with all men.(Romans 12:18)

Tira a culpa pelo que não depende de você, pedindo apenas o seu melhor esforço para não alimentar contendas.

15 And let the peace of God-The Father rule in your hearts, to the which also you2f are called in one body; and be you2f thankful.(Colossians 3:15)

Serve de árbitro nas conversas difíceis, impedindo que a mágoa decida suas reações.

14 Follow peace with all [men], and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord - Kurios:(Hebrews 12:14)

Lembra que a santidade verdadeira aparece na prática: na paciência com o próximo e na fuga de discussões inúteis.

A bênção do Deus da paz sobre a sua caminhada

A paz de Deus não é um estado passageiro, mas a proteção constante do Senhor sobre os seus passos.

24 The LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) bless youi, and keep youi:

25 The LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) make his face shine upon youi, and be gracious unto youi:

26 The LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) lift up his Countenance (Face, appearance; show favor) upon youi, and give youi peace.(Numbers 6:24-26)

Coloca a sua rotina e a sua família debaixo do cuidado e do olhar protetor de Deus.

16 Now the Lord - Kurios of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord - Kurios [be] with you all.(2 Thessalonians 3:16)

Pede que a tranquilidade do Senhor alcance cada área da sua vida, em todo tempo e circunstância.

13 Now the God-The Father of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you2f may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh].(Romans 15:13)

Renova as forças com esperança viva para recomeçar o dia com o coração descansado.
