Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things.(Philippians 4:8)
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.(Romans 12:2)
Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, set your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.(1 Peter 1:13)
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.(Ephesians 3:20,21)
Watch over your heart with all diligence,
For from it flow the springs of life.(Proverbs 4:23)
Watch the path of your feet,
And all your ways will be established.(Proverbs 4:26)
There is a way which seems right to a person,
But its end is the way of death.(Proverbs 14:12)
Every person’s way is right in his own eyes,
But the Lord examines the hearts.(Proverbs 21:2)
For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, even penetrating as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.(Hebrews 4:12)
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are your ways My ways," declares the Lord.(Isaiah 55:8)
Let the wicked abandon his way,
And the unrighteous person his thoughts;
And let him return to the Lord,
And He will have compassion on him,
And to our God,
For He will abundantly pardon.(Isaiah 55:7)
Commit your works to the Lord,
And your plans will be established.(Proverbs 16:3)
Lord, You have searched me and known me.
You know when I sit down and when I get up;
You understand my thought from far away.(Psalm 139:1,2)
Search me, God, and know my heart;
Put me to the test and know my anxious thoughts;
And see if there is anyhurtful way in me,
And lead me in the everlasting way.(Psalm 139:23,24)
And He was saying, "That which comes out of the person, that is what defiles the person.For from within, out of the hearts of people, come the evil thoughts, acts of sexual immorality, thefts, murders, acts of adultery,deeds of greed, wickedness, deceit, indecent behavior, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness.All these evil things come from within and defile the person."(Mark 7:20-23)
"For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing?(Matthew 6:25)
"I have made a covenant with my eyes;
How then could I look at a virgin?(Job 31:1)
For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.(Romans 12:3)
Now I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment.(1 Corinthians 1:10)
For who among people knows the thoughts of a person except the spirit of the person that is in him? So also the thoughts of God no one knows, except the Spirit of God.(1 Corinthians 2:11)
Take care that no one deceives himself. If anyone among you thinks that he is wise in this age, he must become foolish, so that he may become wise.(1 Corinthians 3:18)
