Perdão e misericórdia

Por Bíblia Online

O perdão é o coração do evangelho.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

I, yes I, am He

who blots out your transgressions for My own sake

and remembers your sins no more.

I, yes I, am He

who blots out your transgressions for My own sake

and remembers your sins no more.

As far as the east is from the west,

so far has He removed our transgressions from us.

For You, O Lord, are kind and forgiving,

rich in loving devotion to all who call on You.

For You, O Lord, are kind and forgiving,

rich in loving devotion to all who call on You.

For You, O Lord, are kind and forgiving,

rich in loving devotion to all who call on You.

For I will forgive their iniquities

and will remember their sins no more."

Perdoar como fomos perdoados

Jesus ensinou que devemos perdoar setenta vezes sete. Se não perdoarmos aos outros, o Pai celestial também não nos perdoará.

The Unforgiving Servant

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, "Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother who sins against me? Up to seven times?"

Jesus answered, "I tell you, not just seven times, but seventy-seven times!

The Unforgiving Servant

Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, "Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother who sins against me? Up to seven times?"

Jesus answered, "I tell you, not just seven times, but seventy-seven times!

That is how My heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother from your heart."

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive yours.

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive yours.

For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

And forgive us our debts,

as we also have forgiven our debtors.

Blessed are the merciful,

for they will be shown mercy.

A prática do perdão

Perdoar é um ato de obediência e liberdade. A Escritura nos exorta a suportar uns aos outros e perdoar de coração, se alguém tiver algo contra outro.

Bear with one another and forgive any complaint you may have against someone else. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Bear with one another and forgive any complaint you may have against someone else. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Bear with one another and forgive any complaint you may have against someone else. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

Be kind and tenderhearted to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you.

Be kind and tenderhearted to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you.

Be kind and tenderhearted to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace

He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Misericórdia e graça

Deus é compassivo e tardio em irar-se. A misericórdia triunfa sobre o juízo, e quem se humilha diante de Deus encontra graça abundante.

So rend your hearts and not your garments,

and return to the LORD your God.

For He is gracious and compassionate,

slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion.

And He relents from sending disaster.

Who is a God like You,

who pardons iniquity

and passes over the transgression

of the remnant of His inheritance

who does not retain His anger forever,

because He delights in loving devotion?

But in Your great compassion,

You did not put an end to them;

nor did You forsake them,

for You are a gracious and compassionate God.

To the faithful You show Yourself faithful,

to the blameless You show Yourself blameless;

and if My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.

Hezekiah Proclaims a Passover

Then Hezekiah sent word throughout all Israel and Judah, and he also wrote letters to Ephraim and Manasseh inviting them to come to the house of the LORD in Jerusalem to keep the Passover of the LORD, the God of Israel. For the king and his officials and the whole assembly in Jerusalem had decided to keep the Passover in the second month, since they had been unable to keep it at the regular time, because not enough priests had consecrated themselves and the people had not been gathered in Jerusalem.

This plan pleased the king and the whole assembly. So they established a decree to circulate a proclamation throughout Israel, from Beersheba to Dan, that the people should come to keep the Passover of the LORD, the God of Israel, in Jerusalem. For they had not observed it in great numbers as prescribed.

At the command of the king, the couriers went throughout Israel and Judah with letters from the king and his officials, which read:

"Children of Israel, return to the LORD, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, so that He may return to those of you who remain, who have escaped the grasp of the kings of Assyria. Do not be like your fathers and brothers who were unfaithful to the LORD, the God of their fathers, so that He made them an object of horror, as you can see.

Now do not stiffen your necks as your fathers did. Submit to the LORD and come to His sanctuary, which He has consecrated forever. Serve the LORD your God, so that His fierce anger will turn away from you. For if you return to the LORD, your brothers and sons will receive mercy in the presence of their captors and will return to this land. For the LORD your God is gracious and merciful; He will not turn His face away from you if you return to Him."

And the couriers traveled from city to city through the land of Ephraim and Manasseh as far as Zebulun, but the people scorned and mocked them. Nevertheless, some from Asher, Manasseh, and Zebulun humbled themselves and came to Jerusalem. Moreover, the power of God was on the people in Judah to give them one heart to obey the command of the king and his officials according to the word of the LORD.

Hezekiah Celebrates the Passover

In the second month, a very great assembly gathered in Jerusalem to celebrate the Feast of Unleavened Bread. They proceeded to remove the altars in Jerusalem and to take away the incense altars and throw them into the Kidron Valley. And on the fourteenth day of the second month they slaughtered the Passover lamb. The priests and Levites were ashamed, and they consecrated themselves and brought burnt offerings to the house of the LORD.

They stood at their prescribed posts, according to the Law of Moses the man of God. The priests splattered the blood, which they received from the hand of the Levites. Since there were many in the assembly who had not consecrated themselves, the Levites were in charge of slaughtering the Passover lambs for every unclean person to consecrate the lambs to the LORD.

A large number of the peoplemany from Ephraim, Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulunhad not purified themselves, yet they ate the Passover, contrary to what was written. But Hezekiah interceded for them, saying, "May the LORD, who is good, provide atonement for everyone who sets his heart on seeking God the LORD, the God of his fathers even if he is not cleansed according to the purification rules of the sanctuary."

And the LORD heard Hezekiah and healed the people. The Israelites who were present in Jerusalem celebrated the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days with great joy, and the Levites and priests praised the LORD day after day, accompanied by loud instruments of praise to the LORD. And Hezekiah encouraged all the Levites who performed skillfully before the LORD. For seven days they ate their assigned portion, sacrificing peace offerings and giving thanks to the LORD, the God of their fathers.

The whole assembly agreed to observe seven more days, so they observed seven days with joy. For Hezekiah king of Judah contributed a thousand bulls and seven thousand sheep for the assembly, and the officials contributed a thousand bulls and ten thousand sheep for the assembly, and a great number of priests consecrated themselves.

Then the whole assembly of Judah rejoiced along with the priests and Levites and the whole assembly that had come from Israel, including the foreigners who had come from Israel and those who lived in Judah. So there was great rejoicing in Jerusalem, for nothing like this had happened there since the days of Solomon son of David king of Israel.

Then the priests and the Levites stood to bless the people, and God heard their voice, and their prayer came into His holy dwelling place in heaven.

Arrependimento e perdão

O arrependimento genuíno abre as portas do perdão. Deus convida todos ao arrependimento e promete perdoar completamente quem volta a Ele.

Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Repent, then, and turn back, so that your sins may be wiped away,

Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through Him everyone who believes is justified from everything from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

Although God overlooked the ignorance of earlier times, He now commands all people everywhere to repent.

Then I acknowledged my sin to You

and did not hide my iniquity.

I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the LORD,"

and You forgave the guilt of my sin.

Selah

He who conceals his sins will not prosper,

but whoever confesses and renounces them will find mercy.

Let the wicked man forsake his way

and the unrighteous man his thoughts;

let him return to the LORD,

that He may have compassion,

and to our God,

for He will freely pardon.

Let the wicked man forsake his way

and the unrighteous man his thoughts;

let him return to the LORD,

that He may have compassion,

and to our God,

for He will freely pardon.

Perdão nos relacionamentos

Se teu irmão pecar contra ti, repreende-o; se se arrepender, perdoa-lhe. Não guarde ressentimento — liberte-se pelo perdão.

Watch yourselves. If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. Even if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times returns to say, I repent, you must forgive him."

Judging Others

Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Judging Others

Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Judging Others

Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Then Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up His garments by casting lots.

And when you stand to pray, if you hold anything against another, forgive it, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your trespasses as well."

And when you stand to pray, if you hold anything against another, forgive it, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your trespasses as well."

And when you stand to pray, if you hold anything against another, forgive it, so that your Father in heaven will forgive your trespasses as well."

Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against any of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.

Never let loving devotion or faithfulness leave you;

bind them around your neck,

write them on the tablet of your heart.

Then you will find favor and high regard

in the sight of God and man.

Whoever conceals an offense promotes love,

but he who brings it up separates friends.

See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God, and that no root of bitterness springs up to cause trouble and defile many.

Now if anyone has caused grief, he has not grieved me but all of you to some degree, not to overstate it. The punishment imposed on him by the majority is sufficient for him. So instead, you ought to forgive and comfort him, so that he will not be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow. Therefore I urge you to reaffirm your love for him.

He Himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

"No one, Lord," she answered.

"Then neither do I condemn you," Jesus declared. "Now go and sin no more."

Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick. The Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.

The Wages of the Harlot

"If a man divorces his wife

and she leaves him to marry another,

can he ever return to her?

Would not such a land be completely defiled?

But you have played the harlot with many lovers

and you would return to Me?"

declares the LORD.

"Lift up your eyes to the barren heights and see.

Is there any place where you have not been violated?

You sat beside the highways waiting for your lovers,

like a nomad in the desert.

You have defiled the land

with your prostitution and wickedness.

Therefore the showers have been withheld,

and no spring rains have fallen.

Yet you have the brazen look of a prostitute;

you refuse to be ashamed.

Have you not just called to Me,

My Father, You are my friend from youth.

Will He be angry forever?

Will He be indignant to the end?

This you have spoken,

but you keep doing all the evil you can."

Judah Follows Israel’s Example

Now in the days of King Josiah, the LORD said to me, "Have you seen what faithless Israel has done? She has gone up on every high hill and under every green tree to prostitute herself there. I thought that after she had done all these things, she would return to Me. But she did not return, and her unfaithful sister Judah saw it.

She saw that because faithless Israel had committed adultery, I gave her a certificate of divorce and sent her away. Yet that unfaithful sister Judah had no fear and prostituted herself as well. Indifferent to her own infidelity, Israel had defiled the land and committed adultery with stones and trees. Yet in spite of all this, her unfaithful sister Judah did not return to Me with all her heart, but only in pretense," declares the LORD.

A Call to Repentance

And the LORD said to me, "Faithless Israel has shown herself more righteous than unfaithful Judah. Go, proclaim this message toward the north:

Return, O faithless Israel, declares the LORD.

I will no longer look on you with anger,

for I am merciful, declares the LORD.

I will not be angry forever.

Only acknowledge your guilt,

that you have rebelled against the LORD your God.

You have scattered your favors to foreign gods

under every green tree

and have not obeyed My voice,"

declares the LORD.

"Return, O faithless children," declares the LORD, "for I am your master, and I will take you one from a city and two from a family and bring you to Zion. Then I will give you shepherds after My own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding."

"In those days, when you multiply and increase in the land," declares the LORD, "they will no longer discuss the ark of the covenant of the LORD. It will never come to mind, and no one will remember it or miss it, nor will another one be made.

At that time they will call Jerusalem The Throne of the LORD, and all the nations will be gathered in Jerusalem to honor the name of the LORD. They will no longer follow the stubbornness of their evil hearts. In those days the house of Judah will walk with the house of Israel, and they will come together from the land of the north to the land that I gave to your fathers as an inheritance.

Then I said, How I long to make you My sons

and give you a desirable land,

the most beautiful inheritance

of all the nations!

I thought you would call Me Father

and never turn away from following Me.

But as a woman may betray her husband,

so you have betrayed Me, O house of Israel,"

declares the LORD.

A voice is heard on the barren heights,

the children of Israel weeping and begging for mercy,

because they have perverted their ways

and forgotten the LORD their God.

"Return, O faithless children,

and I will heal your faithlessness."

"Here we are. We come to You,

for You are the LORD our God.

Surely deception comes from the hills,

and commotion from the mountains.

Surely the salvation of Israel

is in the LORD our God.

From our youth, that shameful god

has consumed what our fathers have worked for

their flocks and herds,

their sons and daughters.

Let us lie down in our shame;

let our disgrace cover us.

We have sinned against the LORD our God,

both we and our fathers;

from our youth even to this day

we have not obeyed the voice of the LORD our God."

Above all, love one another deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
