Perdão e misericórdia

Por Bíblia Online

O perdão é o coração do evangelho.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

"I, I alone, am the one who wipes out your wrongdoings for My own sake,

And I will not remember your sins.

"I, I alone, am the one who wipes out your wrongdoings for My own sake,

And I will not remember your sins.

As far as the east is from the west,

So far has He removed our wrongdoings from us.

For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,

And abundant in mercy to all who call upon You.

For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,

And abundant in mercy to all who call upon You.

For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,

And abundant in mercy to all who call upon You.

"For I will be merciful toward their wrongdoings,

And their sins I will no longer remember."

Perdoar como fomos perdoados

Jesus ensinou que devemos perdoar setenta vezes sete. Se não perdoarmos aos outros, o Pai celestial também não nos perdoará.

Forgiveness

Then Peter came up and said to Him, "Lord, how many times shall my brother sin against me and I still forgive him? Up to seven times?" Jesus *said to him, "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy-seven times.

My heavenly Father will also do the same to you, if each of you does not forgive his brother from your heart."

For if you forgive other people for their offenses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.But if you do not forgive other people, then your Father will not forgive your offenses.

And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

"Blessed are the merciful, for they will receive mercy.

A prática do perdão

Perdoar é um ato de obediência e liberdade. A Escritura nos exorta a suportar uns aos outros e perdoar de coração, se alguém tiver algo contra outro.

bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so must you do also.

Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.

Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.

Be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our wrongdoings, according to the riches of His grace

The Incomparable Christ

For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Misericórdia e graça

Deus é compassivo e tardio em irar-se. A misericórdia triunfa sobre o juízo, e quem se humilha diante de Deus encontra graça abundante.

And tear your heart and not merely your garments."

Now return to the Lord your God,

For He is gracious and compassionate,

Slow to anger, abounding in mercy

And relenting of catastrophe.

Who is a God like You, who pardons wrongdoing

And passes over a rebellious act of the remnant of His possession?

He does not retain His anger forever,

Because He delights in mercy.

"Nevertheless, in Your great compassion You did not make an end of them or abandon them,

For You are a gracious and compassionate God.

With the faithful You show Yourself faithful;

With the blameless You prove Yourself blameless;

and My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

All Israel Invited to the Passover

Now Hezekiah sent word to all Israel and Judah and also wrote letters to Ephraim and Manasseh, that they should come to the house of the Lord in Jerusalem to celebrate the Passover to the Lord God of Israel. For the king and his princes and all the assembly in Jerusalem had decided to celebrate the Passover in the second month, since they could not celebrate it at that time, because the priests had not consecrated themselves in sufficient numbers, nor had the people been gathered to Jerusalem. So the decision was right in the sight of the king and all the assembly. So they established a decree to circulate a proclamation throughout Israel from Beersheba to Dan, that they are to come to celebrate the Passover to the Lord God of Israel in Jerusalem. For they had not celebrated it in great numbers as was written. The couriers went throughout Israel and Judah with the letters from the hand of the king and his princes, even according to the command of the king, saying, "Sons of Israel, return to the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, that He may return to those of you who escaped and are left from the hand of the kings of Assyria. Do not be like your fathers and your brothers, who were untrue to the Lord God of their fathers, so that He made them an object of horror, just as you see. Now do not stiffen your neck like your fathers, butyield to the Lord and enter His sanctuary which He has consecrated forever, and serve the Lord your God, that His burning anger may turn away from you. For if you return to the Lord, your brothers and your sons will find compassion in the presence of those who led them captive, and will return to this land. For the Lord your God is gracious and compassionate, and will not turn His face away from you if you return to Him."

So the couriers passed from city to city through the country of Ephraim and Manasseh, and as far as Zebulun, but they laughed at them with scorn and mocked them. Nevertheless, some men of Asher, Manasseh, and Zebulun humbled themselves and came to Jerusalem. The hand of God was also on Judah to give them one heart to do what the king and the princes commanded by the word of the Lord.

Passover Reinstituted

Now many people were gathered at Jerusalem to celebrate the Feast of Unleavened Bread in the second month, a very large assembly. They got up and removed the altars which were in Jerusalem; they also removed all the incense altars and threw them into the brook Kidron. Then they slaughtered the Passover lambs on the fourteenth of the second month. And the priests and Levites were ashamed of themselves, and consecrated themselves and brought burnt offerings to the house of the Lord. They stood at their stations following their custom, according to the Law of Moses the man of God; the priests sprinkled the blood which they received from the hand of the Levites. For there were many in the assembly who had not consecrated themselves; therefore, the Levites were in charge of the slaughter of the Passover lambs for everyone who was unclean, in order to consecrate them to the Lord. For a multitude of the people, many from Ephraim and Manasseh, and Issachar and Zebulun, had not purified themselves, yet they ate the Passover contrary to what was written. For Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, "May the good Lord pardon everyone who prepares his heart to seek God, the Lord God of his fathers, though not according to the purification rules of the sanctuary." So the Lord heard Hezekiah and healed the people. The sons of Israel present in Jerusalem celebrated the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days with great joy, and the Levites and the priests were praising the Lord day after day with loud instruments to the Lord. Then Hezekiah spoke encouragingly to all the Levites who showed good insight in the things of the Lord. So they ate for the appointed seven days, sacrificing peace offerings and giving thanks to the Lord God of their fathers.

Then the whole assembly decided to celebrate the feast another seven days, so they celebrated the seven days with joy. For Hezekiah king of Judah had contributed to the assembly a thousand bulls and seven thousand sheep, and the princes had contributed to the assembly a thousand bulls and ten thousand sheep; and a large number of priests consecrated themselves. All the assembly of Judah rejoiced, with the priests and the Levites and all the assembly that came from Israel, both the strangers who came from the land of Israel and those living in Judah. So there was great joy in Jerusalem, because there was nothing like this in Jerusalem since the days of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel. Then the Levitical priests stood and blessed the people; and their voice was heard and their prayer came to His holy dwelling place, to heaven.

Arrependimento e perdão

O arrependimento genuíno abre as portas do perdão. Deus convida todos ao arrependimento e promete perdoar completamente quem volta a Ele.

Peter said to them, "Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord;

Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses.

So having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now proclaiming to mankind that all people everywhere are to repent,

I acknowledged my sin to You,

And I did not hide my guilt;

I said, "I will confess my wrongdoings to the Lord";

And You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah

One who conceals his wrongdoings will not prosper,

But one who confesses and abandons them will find compassion.

Let the wicked abandon his way,

And the unrighteous person his thoughts;

And let him return to the Lord,

And He will have compassion on him,

And to our God,

For He will abundantly pardon.

Let the wicked abandon his way,

And the unrighteous person his thoughts;

And let him return to the Lord,

And He will have compassion on him,

And to our God,

For He will abundantly pardon.

Perdão nos relacionamentos

Se teu irmão pecar contra ti, repreende-o; se se arrepender, perdoa-lhe. Não guarde ressentimento — liberte-se pelo perdão.

Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.And if he sins against you seven times a day, and returns to you seven times, saying, I repent,you shall forgive him."

"Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned.

"Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned.

"Do not judge, and you will not be judged; and do not condemn, and you will not be condemned; pardon, and you will be pardoned.

[But Jesus was saying, "Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing."] And they cast lots, dividing His garments among themselves.

And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you for your offenses.

And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you for your offenses.

And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive you for your offenses.[But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your offenses."]

You shall not take vengeance, nor hold any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the Lord.

Do not let kindness and truth leave you;

Bind them around your neck,

Write them on the tablet of your heart.

So you will find favor and a good reputation

In the sight of God and man.

One who conceals an offense seeks love,

But one who repeats a matter separates close friends.

See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by it many become defiled;

But if anyone has caused sorrow, he has caused sorrow not for me, but in some degreenot to say too muchfor all of you. Sufficient for such a person is this punishment which was imposed by the majority, so that on the other hand, you should rather forgive and comfort him, otherwise such a person might be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow. Therefore I urge you to reaffirm your love for him.

and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said, "I do not condemn you, either. Go. From now on do not sin any longer."]]

Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him.

The Defiled Land

Godsays, "If a husband divorces his wife

And she leaves him

And becomes another man’s wife,

Will he return to her again?

Would that land not be completely defiled?

But you are a prostitute with many lovers;

Yet you turn to Me," declares the Lord.

"Raise your eyes to the bare heights and see;

Where have you not been violated?

You have sat for them by the roads

Like an Arab in the desert,

And you have defiled a land

With your prostitution and your wickedness.

"Therefore the showers have been withheld,

And there has been no spring rain.

Yet you had a prostitute’s forehead;

You refused to be ashamed.

"Have you not just now called to Me,

My Father, You are the friend of my youth?

Will He be angry forever,

Or keep His anger to the end?

Behold, you have spoken

And have done evil things,

And you have had your own way."

Faithless Israel

Then the Lord said to me in the days of King Josiah, "Have you seen what faithless Israel did? She went up on every high hill and under every leafy tree, and she prostituted herself there. Yet I thought, After she has done all these things she will return to Me; but she did not return, and her treacherous sister Judah saw it. And I saw that for all the adulteries of faithless Israel, I had sent her away and given her a certificate of divorce, yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear; but she went and prostituted herself also. And because of the thoughtlessness of her prostitution, she defiled the land and committed adultery with stones and trees. Yet in spite of all this her treacherous sister Judah did not return to Me with all her heart, but rather in deception," declares the Lord.

God Invites Repentance

And the Lord said to me, "Faithless Israel has proved herself to be more righteous than treacherous Judah. Go and proclaim these words toward the north and say,

Return, faithless Israel,declares the Lord;

I will not look at you in anger.

For I am gracious,declares the Lord;

I will not be angry forever.

Only acknowledge your wrongdoing,

That you have revolted against the Lord your God,

And have scattered your favors to the strangers under every leafy tree,

And you have not obeyed My voice,declares the Lord.

Return, you faithless sons,declares the Lord;

For I am a master to you,

And I will take you, one from a city and two from a family,

And bring you to Zion.

"Then I will give you shepherds after My own heart, who will feed you knowledge and understanding. And it shall be in those days when you become numerous and are fruitful in the land," declares the Lord, "they will no longer say, The ark of the covenant of the Lord.And it will not come to mind, nor will they remember it, nor miss it, nor will it be made again. At that time they will call Jerusalem The Throne of the Lord,and all the nations will assemble at it, at Jerusalem, for the name of the Lord; and they will no longer follow the stubbornness of their evil heart. In those days the house of Judah will walk with the house of Israel, and they will come together from the land of the north to the land that I gave your fathers as an inheritance.

"Then I said,

How I would set you among My sons

And give you a pleasant land,

The most beautiful inheritance of the nations!

And I said, You shall call Me, My Father,

And not turn away from following Me.

"However, as a woman treacherously leaves her lover,

So you have dealt treacherously with Me,

House of Israel," declares the Lord.

A voice is heard on the bare heights,

The weeping, the pleading of the sons of Israel.

Because they have perverted their way,

They have forgotten the Lord their God.

"Return, you faithless sons,

I will heal your faithlessness."

"Behold, we come to You;

For You are the Lord our God.

"Certainly the hills are a deception,

Commotion on the mountains.

Certainly in the Lord our God

Is the salvation of Israel.

"But the shame has consumed the product of our fatherslabor since our youththeir flocks and their herds, their sons and their daughters. Let us lie down in our shame, and let our humiliation cover us; for we have sinned against the Lord our God, we and our fathers, from our youth even to this day. And we have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God."

Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins.
