O poder de Deus é incomparável e infinito. Ele criou o universo pela palavra, sustenta todas as coisas e manifesta sua onipotência em cada geração.
A onipotência do Criador
Deus fez os céus e a terra pelo seu grande poder. Nada é impossível para Ele, e sua força está além de toda compreensão humana.
With your wisdom and power
you created the earth
and spread out the heavens.
Jesus looked straight at them and said, "There are some things people cannot do, but God can do anything."
These things are merely a whisper
of God’s power at work.
How little we would understand
if this whisper
ever turned into thunder!
God is wise and powerful—
who could possibly
oppose him and win?

O Senhor reina sobre as nações, sustenta os oprimidos e manifesta seu poder tanto no julgamento quanto na redenção.
His mighty power rules forever,
and nothing the nations do
can be hidden from him.
So don’t turn against God.
Listen to the prisoners groan!
Let your mighty power save all
who are sentenced to die.
I heard God say two things:
"I am powerful,
God used his great strength
and his powerful arm.
God’s love never fails.
Poder para o seu povo
Deus fortalece os fracos e ressuscita os mortos. Seu poder opera em nós para que experimentemos vitória e transformação.
God will raise us from death by the same power he used when he raised our Lord to life.
Although he was weak when he was nailed to the cross, he now lives by the power of God. We are weak, just as Christ was. But you will see that we will live by the power of God, just as Christ does.
We have spoken the truth, and God’s power has worked in us. In all our struggles we have said and done only what is right.
The Fight against Evil
Finally, let the mighty strength of the Lord make you strong.
So always trust the Lord
because he is forever
our mighty rock.
I create light and darkness,
happiness and sorrow.
I, the Lord, do all this.
The Lord your God
wins victory after victory
and is always with you.
He celebrates and sings
because of you,
and he will refresh your life
with his love."
But if I use God’s power to force out demons, it proves that God’s kingdom has already come to you.
