21 For the prophecy did not come in times past by the will of man, but the holy men of God spoke being inspired by the Holy Spirit.:

7 Because the Lord GOD will do nothing unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets.

5 When they heard [this], they were baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus.6 And when Paul had laid [his] hands upon them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.

14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son and shall call his name Immanuel.

22 Now all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying,23 Behold, a virgin shall conceive and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is God With Us.

9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; [shout with] joy, O daughter of Jerusalem; behold, thy King shall come unto thee: just, and a saviour; humble, and riding upon an ass, even upon a colt the foal of an ass.

21 But now, without the law, the righteousness of God has been manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets:22 the righteousness, that is, of God by the faith of Jesus, the Christ, for all and upon all those that believe in him, for there is no difference;

1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

21 Examine all things; retain that which is good.22 Separate yourselves from all appearance of evil.

15 Keep yourselves also from the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

12 Therefore, all things whatsoever ye desire that men should do unto you, so also shall ye do unto them, for this is the law and the prophets.

2 And though I have [the gift of] prophecy and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

19 Now therefore ye are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints and of the household of God,20 and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone,

5 Turn again and tell Hezekiah, prince of my people, Thus saith the LORD, the God of David, thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears; behold, I will heal thee; on the third day thou shalt go up unto the house of the LORD.
