Deus, a nossa fortaleza

O Senhor é refúgio e fortaleza, socorro bem presente na angústia. Quem habita no esconderijo do Altíssimo descansa à sombra do Todo-Poderoso.

O escudo do Senhor

19 And my God will supply all your need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

8 Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows what things[ ]you have need of before you ask Him.

7 "Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you.8 For everyone that asks receives, and he that seeks finds, and to him that knocks, it shall be opened.

11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, by how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!

Guarda e livramento

A presença protetora

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them shall fall on the ground apart from the [will] of your Father.30 But even the hairs of your head are all numbered.31 Therefore do not fear; you are worth more than many sparrows.

22 And all things, as many as you may ask in prayer, believing, you shall receive."

17 And you will be hated by all [people ]for My name's sake.18 But not a hair of your head shall by any means perish.19 By your patient endurance you shall possess your souls.

35 And He said to them, "When I sent you without a money bag, and a knapsack, and sandals, did you lack anything?"And they said, "Nothing."

31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who [can be] against us?

6 so that being confident, we may say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"

7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

3 But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and will guard you from the evil one.

22 And whatever we should ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and we do the things pleasing before Him.

14 And this is the confidence that we have toward Him, that if we should ask anything according to His will, He hears us.15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we may ask, we know that we have the requests that we have requested from Him.

18 We know that everyone begotten of God does not sin; but he that was begotten of God keeps himself, and the evil [one] does not touch him.

11 And I am no longer in the world, yet these are in the world, and I am coming to You. Holy Father, keep them in Your name which You have given to Me, that they may be one just as We [are].12 When I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name. [Those] whom You have given to Me I guarded; and not one of them is lost except the son of perdition, so that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

15 I do not ask that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil [one].

11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the stratagems of the devil.

11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the stratagems of the devil.12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual [forces] of evil in the heavenlies.

14 Thus also the Lord commanded those who proclaim the gospel to live from the gospel.

10 For the love of money is[ the] root of all evil, of which some [by] aspiring have strayed away from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

12 For which cause I also suffer these things; but I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed, and I have been persuaded that He is able to guard that which I have committed to Him until that Day.
