O Reino de Deus é o tema central da pregação de Jesus. Desde o início de seu ministério, Ele proclamou: 'Arrependei-vos, porque é chegado o Reino dos céus.'
O anúncio do Reino
Jesus inaugurou seu ministério proclamando a chegada do Reino. Ele convida todos ao arrependimento e à fé nessa nova realidade.
From that time on Jesus began declaring his message, saying, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has arrived!"
"The time predicted has come," he said. "God’s kingdom has arrived! Repent and believe in the good news."
and heal those who are sick. Tell them, ‘God’s kingdom has come to you.’
What a wonderful sight in the mountains is the one running to bring good news, announcing peace and good news, announcing salvation, telling Zion, "Your God reigns!"
A natureza do Reino
O Reino de Deus é governo soberano do Senhor sobre todas as coisas. Ele é o Rei eterno, imortal e invisível.
Honor and glory forever and ever to the eternal King, the immortal, invisible, and only God! Amen.
Lord, yours is the greatness, the power, the glory, the splendor, and the majesty, for everything in heaven and on earth is yours. Lord, yours is the kingdom, and you are admired as ruler of all.
Who is this King of glory? The Lord Almighty, he is the King of glory! Selah.
For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king. He is the one who will save us.
The Lord will be king over all the earth. On that day there will be one true Lord, and his name the only one.
Entrar no Reino
Para entrar no Reino é preciso nascer de novo, tornar-se como criança e buscar primeiro a justiça de Deus acima de tudo.
"I tell you the truth," Jesus replied, "Unless you are reborn, you can’t experience God’s kingdom."
"I tell you the truth, you can’t enter God’s kingdom unless you are born of water and the Spirit," Jesus told him.
Seek his kingdom first, and his way of living right, and everything will be given to you.
But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me. Don’t stop them. The kingdom of heaven belongs to those who are like them!"
Blessed are those persecuted for what is right, for the kingdom of heaven is theirs.
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you ban on earth will have been banned in heaven, and whatever you allow on earth will have been allowed in heaven."
Cidadãos do Reino
Os cristãos são concidadãos dos santos e membros da família de Deus, chamados a viver dignamente do Reino que receberam.
That means you’re no longer strangers and foreigners; you are fellow citizens of God’s people and belong to God’s family that’s being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone.
Don’t be afraid, little flock, for your Father is happy to give you the kingdom.
Blessed and holy are those who take part in the first resurrection! The second death has no power over them. They will be priests of God, and of Christ, and they will reign with him for one thousand years.
Don’t you know those who are unjust will not inherit the kingdom of God? Don’t be fooled! People who are immoral, worship idols, commit adultery, are sexual perverts, homosexuals, thieves, greedy, drunkards, abusers, or cheats, will not inherit the kingdom of God.
