15 So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?"He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I care for You."He said to him, "Feed My lambs."
16 He said to him again a second time, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you love Me?"He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I care for You."He said to him, "Shepherd My sheep."
17 He said to him the third time, "Simon, [son] of Jonah, do you care for Me?"Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you care for Me?"And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I care for You."Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep.
28 But Peter answered Him and said, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the waters."
29 So He said, "Come."And stepping down from the boat, Peter walked on the waters to go toward Jesus.
30 But seeing the strong wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, "Lord, save me!"
31 And immediately, Jesus reaching out His hand, laid hold of him, and said to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?"
54 And having arrested Him, they led Him and brought Him into the house of the high priest. And Peter was following from a distance.
55 Now when they had lit a fire in the midst of the courtyard and sat down together, Peter sat in their midst.
56 And a certain servant girl, seeing him sitting at the fire and gazing at him, said, "This [man] was also with Him."
57 But he denied Him, saying, "Woman, I do not know Him."
58 And after a little [while] another [person ]saw him and said, "You also are [one ]of them."But Peter said, "Man, I am not!"
59 Then after about one hour had passed, another was firmly insisting, saying, "Surely this fellow also was with Him, for he is a Galilean."
60 But Peter said, "Man, I do not know what you are saying!"And immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
61 And the Lord turned and looked at Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how He had said to him, "Before a rooster crows, you will deny Me three times."
62 And going outside, Peter wept bitterly.
