And the messenger answering said to the women, "Do not fear, for I have known that you seek Jesus who has been crucified; He is not here, for He rose, as He said; come, see the place where the LORD was lying;

And he says to them, "Do not be amazed, you seek Jesus the Nazarene, the crucified [One]: He roseHe is not here; behold the place where they laid Him!

He is not here, but was raised; remember how He spoke to you, being yet in Galilee, saying, It is necessary for the Son of Man to be delivered up into the hands of sinful men, and to be crucified, and to rise again [on] the third day."

then, therefore, the other disciple who came first to the tomb entered also, and he saw and believed; for they did not yet know the Writing, that it was necessary for Him to rise again out of the dead.

For I delivered to you as most important what I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Writings, and that He was buried, and that He has risen on the third day according to the Writings,

Ressurreição e vida eterna

Jesus disse: 'Eu sou a ressurreição e a vida.' Quem crê nele viverá, mesmo que morra. A morte foi derrotada na cruz e no túmulo vazio.

Jesus said to her, "I AM the resurrection, and the life; he who is believing in Me, even if he may die, will live; and everyone who is living and believing in Me will not diethroughout the age;

for since through man [is] death, also through Man [is] a resurrection of the dead,

for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also God will bring with Him those asleep through Jesus,

for the love of the Christ constrains us, having judged thus: that if one died for all, then the whole died, and He died for all, that those living may no longer live to themselves, but to Him who died for them, and was raised again.

For if we have become planted together to the likeness of His death, [so] we also will be of the resurrection; knowing this, that our old man was crucified with [Him], that the body of sin may be made useless, for our no longer serving sin,

Nossa esperança futura

A ressurreição de Cristo garante nossa esperança viva. O Deus de paz trouxe dos mortos o grande Pastor das ovelhas para nossa salvação.

Blessed [is] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who, according to the abundance of His kindness begot us again to a living hope, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ out of the dead,

also an antitype to immersion which now saves younot a putting away of the filth of flesh, but the question of a good conscience in regard to God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

And the God of peace, who brought up the Great Shepherd of the sheep out of the deadby the blood of a perpetual covenantour Lord Jesus, make you perfect in every good work to do His will, doing in you that which is well-pleasing before Him, through Jesus Christ, to whom [is] the glory through the ages of the ages! Amen.

to know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,

Blessed and holyhe who is having part in the first resurrection; the second death has no authority over these, but they will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will reign with Him one thousand years.

and I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and scrolls were opened, and another scroll was opened, which is that of the life, and the dead were judged out of the things written in the scrollsaccording to their works; and the sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead in them, and they were judged, each one according to their works;

Having obtained, therefore, help from God, until this day, I have stood witnessing both to small and to great, saying nothing besides the things that both the prophets and Moses spoke of as about to come, that the Christ is to suffer, whether first by a resurrection from the dead, He is about to proclaim light to the people and to the nations."

"Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn Him to death, and will deliver Him to the nations to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify, and the third day He will rise again."
