Sacrifício
O sacrifício é o coração do evangelho. Jesus entregou tudo por nós na cruz, e somos chamados a oferecer nossas vidas como sacrifício vivo, agradável a Deus.
O sacrifício supremo de Cristo
Jesus deu a própria vida como resgate por muitos. Seu sacrifício na cruz é o ato supremo de amor de toda a história — o Justo morrendo pelos injustos.

O cordeiro sem defeito

18 For you know that it was not with perishable things like silver or gold that you have been ransomed from the worthless way of life handed down to you by your ancestors,19 but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or defect.
28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people. And he will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to bring salvation to those who eagerly wait for him.
14 how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from dead works so that we may serve the living God!
7 But if we keep living in the light as he himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.
3 For I passed on to you the most important points of what I received: Christ died for our sins in keeping with the Scriptures,4 he was buried, he was raised on the third day in keeping with the Scriptures—and is still alive!—
2 Live in love as Christ also loved us and gave himself for us as an offering and sacrifice, a fragrant aroma to God.
14 He gave himself for us to set us free from every wrong and to cleanse us so that we could be his special people who are enthusiastic about good works.

13 Stop offering the parts of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness. Instead, offer yourselves to God as people who have been brought from death to life and the parts of your body as instruments of righteousness to God.
24 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.

24 But I don't place any value on my life, if only I can finish my race and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus of testifying to the gospel of God's grace.
