Fidelidade como vocação
Ser de confiança é refletir o caráter de Deus, que é fiel em todas as suas promessas. A fidelidade se prova nas pequenas e grandes coisas.
The words of the Lord are true,
and all his works are dependable.
"Who, then, is a faithful and wise servant? It is the one that his master has placed in charge of the other servants to give them their food at the proper time.
Everyone will hate you because of me. But whoever holds out to the end will be saved.
Integridade e verdade
O cristão confiável fala a verdade, cumpre suas promessas e persevera até o fim, mesmo quando o caminho é difícil.
Instead, by speaking the truth in a spirit of love, we must grow up in every way to Christ, who is the head. Under his control all the different parts of the body fit together, and the whole body is held together by every joint with which it is provided. So when each separate part works as it should, the whole body grows and builds itself up through love.
Don’t be afraid of anything you are about to suffer. Listen! The Devil will put you to the test by having some of you thrown into prison, and your troubles will last ten days. Be faithful to me, even if it means death, and I will give you life as your prize of victory.
