Servir
Servir é o coração do evangelho. Jesus não veio para ser servido, mas para servir. O cristão é chamado a seguir esse exemplo, colocando-se a serviço de Deus e do próximo.
O exemplo de Jesus
Cristo é o modelo supremo de serviço. Ele lavou os pés dos discípulos e deu a própria vida como resgate por muitos.
For even the Son of Man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
"just as the Son of Man did not come that they might serve him, but that he might serve and give himself as a ransom for many".
"It will not be so among you, because he who wishes to be great among you will serve you".
"He who among you who wishes to be first will be your slave",
If I then, [your] Lord - Kurios and Master, have washed your feet; you2f also ought to wash one another’s feet.
And he sat down, and called the twelve, and says unto them, If any man desire to be first, [the same] shall be last of all, and slave of all.
Servindo ao Senhor
Servir a Deus é um privilégio e uma ordenança. Devemos amá-lo de todo coração e servi-lo com alegria e fidelidade.
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), choose you this day whom you2f will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Emori [Highlanders], in whose land you2f dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).
But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] the servant of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) charged you, to love the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cling to (hold onto; stick to) him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.
And now, Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], what does the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] require of youi, but to fear the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] with all youi heart and with all youi soul,
To keep the commandments of the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and his statutes, which I command youi this day for youi good?
You2f shall walk after the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and you2f shall serve him, and cling to (hold onto; stick to) him.
Not slothful in business; fervent in Spirit [Ruach]; serving the Lord - Kurios;
How much more shall the blood of Moshiach [Messiah], who through the eternal Spirit [Ruach] offered himself without spot to God-The Father, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God-The Father?
Servir ao próximo
A liberdade cristã nos chama a servir uns aos outros pelo amor. Cada dom recebido é para edificação do corpo de Cristo.
For, brethren, you2f have been called unto liberty; only [use] not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
As free, and not using [your] liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God-The Father.
If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my slave be: if any man serve me, him will [my] Father honour.
At that time Yeshua [God is Salvation] said to his disciples: "No one is able to serve two masters except he who hates the one and loves the other, or he honors the one and despises the other; you cannot serve The Mighty One and the world".
Neither yield you2f your members [as] instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God-The Father, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members [as] instruments of righteousness unto God-The Father.
Fidelidade e recompensa
O servo fiel e sábio será recompensado pelo Senhor. A fidelidade no serviço honra a Deus e produz frutos eternos.
"His Adon [Lord - Kurios of the earth] said to him: ‘Truly you are a good and faithful slave. Because you have been faithful in a little, I will appoint you over much; enter into the joy of your Adon [Lord - Kurios of the earth]’".
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be you2f stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord - Kurios, forasmuch as you2f know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord - Kurios.
All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God-The Father, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof (rebuke; scolding), for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God-The Father may be spiritually mature, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
The steps of a [good] man are ordered by the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]: and he delights in his way.
The LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] redeems the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
