Temor dos homens
O temor dos homens é uma armadilha que paralisa a fé. A Bíblia nos convida a trocar o medo humano pela confiança em Deus, que é nosso refúgio e escudo.
Não temas os homens
Deus é a nossa luz e salvação — de quem teremos medo? A Escritura nos encoraja a não temer aqueles que podem destruir o corpo, mas não a alma.
The LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
When the wicked, [even] mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.
Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this [will] I [be] confident.
"Do not fear those who kill bodies, who have no power to kill souls; but fear The One who has power to destroy the soul and body in Gei-Hinnom [hell, valley of evil counsel]".
And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
But I will forewarn you whom you2f shall fear: Fear him, which after he has killed has power to cast into hell; yes, I say unto you, Fear him.
Confiança em Deus acima do medo
Quando tememos a Deus, o medo dos homens perde o poder. O Senhor está conosco, e se Ele é por nós, quem será contra nós?
What time I am afraid, I will trust in youi.
In God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] I will praise his word, in God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.
The LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?
So that we may boldly say, The Lord - Kurios [is] my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
You2f shall not fear them: for the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] he shall fight for you.
And youi, Son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns [be] with youi, and youi do dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they [be] a rebellious house.
