17 ‘Ah Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! There is nothing too difficult or too wonderful for You—

27 "Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is there anything too difficult for Me?"

3 Great is the Lord, and highly to be praised,

And His greatness is [so vast and profound as to be] unsearchable [incomprehensible to man]. [Job 5:9; 9:10; Rom 11:33]

11 Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, indeed everything that is in the heavens and on the earth; Yours is the dominion and kingdom, O Lord, and You exalt Yourself as head over all.

12 Both riches and honor come from You, and You rule over all. In Your hand is power and might; and it is in Your hands to make great and to give strength to everyone.

20 For ever since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through His workmanship [all His creation, the wonderful things that He has made], so that they [who fail to believe and trust in Him] are without excuse and without defense. [Ps 19:1-4; Eph 2:10]

37 For with God nothing [is or ever] shall be impossible."

36 He was saying, "*Abba, Father! All things are possible for You; take this cup [of judgment] away from Me; but not what I will, but what You will."

7 "The Lord makes poor and makes rich;

He brings low and He lifts up.

22 "It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things;

He knows what is in the darkness,

And the light dwells with Him. [Job 15:8; Ps 25:14; Matt 6:6]

8 "I am the *Alpha and the Omega [the Beginning and the End]," says the Lord God, "Who is [existing forever] and Who was [continually existing in the past] and Who is to come, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all]." [Is 9:6]

17 Now to the King of the ages [eternal], immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

1 The earth *is the Lord’s, and the fullness of it,

The world, and those who dwell in it. [1 Cor 10:26]

19 Restore us, O Lord God of hosts;

Cause Your face to shine on us [in favor and approval], and we shall be saved.

1 He who *dwells in the shelter of the Most High

Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand].

2 I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress,

My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!"

4 Even before there is a word on my tongue [still unspoken],

Behold, O Lord, You know it all. [Heb 4:13]

10 In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the power of His [boundless] might.

38 For I am convinced [and continue to be convinced—beyond any doubt] that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the [unlimited] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

4 Little children (believers, dear ones), you are of God and you belong to Him and have [already] overcome them [the agents of the antichrist]; because He who is in you is greater than he (Satan) who is in the world [of sinful mankind].

26 I will make them and the places around My hill (Jerusalem, Zion) a blessing. And I will make showers come down in their season; there will be [abundant] showers of blessing (divine favor).
