Filipenses 4:13 é um dos versículos mais conhecidos da Bíblia. Essa declaração de Paulo não é sobre capacidade humana, mas sobre a suficiência de Cristo que nos fortalece em toda circunstância.
Fortalecidos em Cristo
Nossa capacidade vem de Deus, não de nós mesmos. Paulo aprendeu que em qualquer situação — abundância ou necessidade — Cristo é a fonte inesgotável de poder.
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. Coragem e poder divino
Deus nos dá espírito de poder, amor e moderação. Nele somos mais que vencedores e podemos enfrentar qualquer adversidade.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Quando lançamos nossas ansiedades sobre Deus e resistimos ao inimigo pela fé, experimentamos a renovação e a transformação que vêm do Senhor.
casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
