Filipenses 4:13 é um dos versículos mais conhecidos da Bíblia. Essa declaração de Paulo não é sobre capacidade humana, mas sobre a suficiência de Cristo que nos fortalece em toda circunstância.

Nossa capacidade vem de Deus, não de nós mesmos. Paulo aprendeu que em qualquer situação — abundância ou necessidade — Cristo é a fonte inesgotável de poder.
I am able to do all things by the one who strengthens me.
Not that I speak from need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. I know how both to make do with little and I know how to have an abundance. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to have an abundance and to go without. I am able to do all things by the one who strengthens me.
And my God will fulfill your every need according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
