Valioso
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall to the ground without your Father;30 but of you even the hairs of the head are all numbered.31 Fear not therefore; *ye* are better than many sparrows.
12 How much better then is a man than a sheep! So that it is lawful to do well on the sabbath.
6 Are not five sparrows sold for two assaria? and one of them is not forgotten before God.7 But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore, ye are better than many sparrows.
26 Look at the birds of the heaven, that they sow not, nor reap, nor gather into granaries, and your heavenly Father nourishes them. Are *ye* not much more excellent than they?
Preciosos aos olhos de Deus
O Senhor declara que somos preciosos e valiosos aos seus olhos. Ele nos chama de propriedade exclusiva e nos reveste de glória.
4 Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee; and I will give men for thee, and peoples for thy life.
5 And now, if ye will hearken to my voice indeed and keep my covenant, then shall ye be my own possession out of all the peoples-for all the earth is mine-
1 Arise, shine! for thy light is come, and the glory of Jehovah is risen upon thee.
O verdadeiro valor
A Bíblia nos ensina que a fé, a integridade e o caráter são mais valiosos que ouro ou prata. O que tem valor eterno transcende o material.
6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision has any force, nor uncircumcision; but faith working through love.
3 Let not loving-kindness and truth forsake thee; bind them about thy neck, write them upon the tablet of thy heart:4 and thou shalt find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
20 The tongue of the righteous {man} is {as} choice silver; the heart of the wicked is little worth.
10 Who can find a woman of worth? for her price is far above rubies.
24 But I make no account of {my} life {as} dear to myself, so that I finish my course, and the ministry which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the glad tidings of the grace of God.
