Lembra que a sua dor não foi esquecida e que Deus ainda trabalha na recuperação da sua vida.

Memória diária de quem cuida da sua saúde

2 I tell myself that I should praise Yahweh

and never forget all the kind things he has done for me:

3 He forgives all my sins,

and he heals me from all my diseases/sicknesses;(Psalms 103:2,3)

Tira o foco do medo e ancora o coração na fidelidade de Deus diante das fraquezas físicas.

Sustento e alívio nos dias passados na cama

3 When they are sick, Yahweh strengthens them,

and he heals them.(Psalms 41:3)

Acalma a angústia dos dias de repouso forçado com a certeza de que Deus não abandona você no leito de dor.

Paz que serve de alívio para a mente e o corpo

20 My son, pay attention to what I am saying.

Listen to my words carefully.

21 Keep them close to you;

let them penetrate your inner being,

22 because you will have [PRS] a good life and good health if you search for them and find them.(Proverbs 4:20-22)

Desacelera a ansiedade e traz a serenidade que o sistema nervoso precisa para se recompor.

A oração que sustenta quem está sem forças

15 And if they truly trust in the Lord when they pray [PRS], the sick person will be healed. The Lord will heal him. And if that person has sinned ◄in a way that caused him to be/and because of that he became► sick, if he ◄confesses what he did/says that he did what is wrong►, he will be forgiven {the Lord will forgive him}.(James 5:15)

Tira o peso de precisar ser forte o tempo todo e apoia a sua cura na intercessão de quem caminha junto com você.

O consolo de quem carregou as nossas dores

5 But his body will be bruised because of the evil things that we did,

wounded because of our sins.

He will be beaten in order that things will go well for our souls;

and because he will be whipped, our souls can be healed.(Isaiah 53:5)

Coloca a sua fragilidade diante de Cristo, lembrando que Ele conhece o sofrimento humano por dentro.

Cuidado que abraça a alma e o corpo

2 Dear friend, I ask God that things may go well for you in every way, specifically, that you will be physically healthy just like you are spiritually healthy [MTY].(3 John 1:2)

Mostra que Deus se importa com o seu bem-estar físico tanto quanto com a sua vida espiritual.

A recuperação que rompe como a alvorada

8 If you do those things,

what you do for others will be like [SIM] a light that shines when it dawns.

The troubles that have been caused by your sins will end quickly.

Others will know about your righteous behavior,

and with my glorious presence I will protect you from behind

like I protected the Israeli people when they left Egypt.(Isaiah 58:8)

Acende a esperança de que dias mais leves e com novo vigor podem despontar mais rápido do que você imagina.

Renovo por dentro quando o corpo sente o desgaste

16 So, because we know that as a result of our suffering many people will honor God, we (exc) never get so discouraged that we stop teaching his message. Although our bodies are getting weaker, God encourages us every day and strengthens us spiritually.(2 Corinthians 4:16)
