1. Filipenses 4:13
Este versículo nos lembra que, com a força de Deus, podemos enfrentar qualquer situação.
I am able ◄to cope with/to handle► every situation because Christ gives me the strength to do that.
2. Romanos 8:28
Mesmo nas dificuldades, Deus trabalha para o bem daqueles que O amam.
God works out all things in a way that produces good spiritual benefits for us who love him. He does this because, having known that we would be saved and thus we would have the character of his Son, he chose us and declared us righteous, and he will surely give us future splendor.
And we know that to those/us who love God, he works out all things that happen to them/us in a way that produces good spiritual benefits for us. He does these things for those/us whom he has chosen, because that was (OR, was according to) what he planned to do.
3. Isaías 41:10
Este versículo oferece a certeza da presença constante de Deus ao nosso lado.
Do not be afraid,
because I will ◄be with/help► you.
Do not be discouraged, because I am your God.
I will enable you to be strong, and I will help you;
I will hold you up with my powerful arm by which you will be rescued.
4. Salmos 46:1
Quando estamos angustiados, podemos encontrar refúgio e força em Deus.

God is the one who protects us and causes us to be strong;
he is always ready to help us when we have troubles.
5. 2 Coríntios 12:9
Este versículo nos ensina que a graça de Deus é suficiente e que Ele nos fortalece em nossas fraquezas.
But he said to me, "No, I will not take this away from you. Instead, I will kindly help you, and that will be all that you need, because it is when you are weak that I can best work powerfully to help you." So, because of what the Lord said to me, I will very gladly boast about the things that make me seem weak, so that people may realize that it is Christ who gives me power to serve him.
