O que a Bíblia ensina sobre a vida

A Bíblia define a vida como uma dádiva que se origina no fôlego de Deus e encontra seu sentido pleno em Jesus Cristo. Existir não é um acidente biológico nem um acúmulo de bens, mas uma caminhada de comunhão com o Criador que começa no ventre e se estende por toda a eternidade.

And the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) God-Elōhīm [The Living Word] formed man [of] the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.(Genesis 2:7)

For youi have possessed my reins (literally, kidneys; figuratively, seat of emotion): youi have covered me in my mother’s womb.

I will praise youi; for I am fearfully [and] wonderfully made: marvelous [are] youri works; and [that] my soul knows right well.

My substance was not hid from youi, when I was made in secret, [and] curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

Your2s eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in youri book all [my members] were written, [which] in continuance were fashioned, when [as yet there was] none of them.(Tehillim - Psalms 139:13-16)

I will sing unto the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] while I have my being.(Tehillim - Psalms 104:33)

A vida plena e eterna em Cristo

No Novo Testamento, a vida humana alcança sua dimensão mais profunda quando ligada a Jesus. Ele não se apresenta apenas como alguém que ensina a viver melhor, mas como a própria vida: quem crê nele recebe perdão, transformação diária e a certeza da ressurreição.

Yeshua [God is Salvation] says unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me.(John 14:6)

The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.(John 10:10)

Yeshua [God is Salvation] said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

And whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Believe youi this?(John 11:25,26)

And Yeshua [God is Salvation] said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that comes to me shall never hunger; and he that believes on me shall never thirst.(John 6:35)

He that believes on me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.(John 7:38)

And this is life eternal, that they might know youi the only true God-The Father, and Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah], whom youi have sent.(John 17:3)

For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God-The Father [is] eternal life through Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah] our Lord - Kurios.(Romans 6:23)

I am crucified with Moshiach [Messiah]: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Moshiach [Messiah] lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God-The Father, who loved me, and gave himself for me.(Galatians 2:20)

A brevidade dos dias e a busca por sabedoria

A Escritura trata a existência terrena com realismo: os anos passam rápido e o vigor físico diminui. Longe de gerar desânimo, essa fragilidade serve de alerta para administrar o tempo com maturidade e buscar um coração prudente.

The days of our years [are] threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength [they be] fourscore years, yet [is] their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.(Tehillim - Psalms 90:10)

LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], make me to know mine end, and the measure of my days, what it [is; that] I may know how frail I [am].

Behold, youi have made my days [as] an handbreadth; and mine age [is] as nothing before youi: truly every man at his best state [is] altogether vanity. Selah [stop and diligently consider what was just said].

Surely every man walks in a vain show: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heaps up [riches], and knows not who shall gather them.(Tehillim - Psalms 39:4-6)

To every [thing there is] a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:(Ecclesiastes 3:1)

The white colored (white or gray with age) head [is] a crown of glory, [if] it be found in the way of righteousness.(Mishlei - Proverbs 16:31)

See then that you2f walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,

Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.(Ephesians 5:15,16)

Prioridades e o perigo do apego material

Jesus adverte que a ansiedade por roupas, comida ou patrimônio sufoca o que realmente importa. A vida de uma pessoa não consiste na quantidade dos bens que ela acumula; ganhar o mundo inteiro não compensa perder a própria alma.

"Therefore I say to you: "Do not be anxious for the food for your souls nor for the clothing for your body, because the soul is more precious than food and the body than clothing."

"Behold the birds of the sky which sow not nor reap nor gather into barns, but your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not more precious than they?"

"Who among you, of those who are anxious, is able to add to his height one cubit?"(Gosel 6:25-27)

And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consists not in the abundance of the things which he possesses.(Luke 12:15)

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?(Mark 8:36)

And when he had called the people [unto him] with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his stake (cross), and follow me.

For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the Gospel (joyful message)’s, the same shall save it.

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of Man be ashamed, when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.(Mark 8:34-38)

And be not conformed to this world: but be you2f transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you2f may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God-The Father.(Romans 12:2)

Como conduzir a vida no dia a dia

Viver com sabedoria exige atenção constante às palavras, aos pensamentos e aos relacionamentos. O livro de Provérbios e as cartas apostólicas mostram que integridade, domínio próprio e busca pela paz sustentam uma vida saudável diante de Deus e do próximo.

He [is in] the way of life that keeps instruction: but he that refuses reproof (rebuke; scolding) errs.(Mishlei - Proverbs 10:17)

He that keeps his mouth keeps his life: [but] he that opens wide his lips shall have destruction.(Mishlei - Proverbs 13:3)

The fear of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.(Mishlei - Proverbs 14:27)

In that I command youi this day to love the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that youi may live and multiply: and the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] shall bless youi in the land to which youi go to possess it.(Deuteronomy 30:16)

Honour youi father and youi mother: that youi days may be long upon the land which the LORD-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] gives youi.(Exodus 20:12)

What man [is he that] desires life, [and] loves [many] days, that he may see good?

Keep youri tongue from evil, and youri lips from speaking deceit.

Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.(Tehillim - Psalms 34:12-14)

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no deceit:

Let him avoid (shun; turn aside from) evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and pursue (to follow after) it.(1 Peter 3:10,11)

Follow peace with all [men], and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord - Kurios:(Hebrews 12:14)

And that you2f study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

That you2f may walk honestly toward them that are without, and [that] you2f may have lack of nothing.(1 Thessalonians 4:11,12)

And whatsoever you2f do, do [it] heartily, as to the Lord - Kurios, and not unto men;

Knowing that of the Lord - Kurios you2f shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for you2f serve the Lord - Kurios Moshiach [Messiah].(Colossians 3:23,24)

Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [is] the man that endures temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord - Kurios has promised to them that love him.(Jacob 1:12)

Who [is] a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him show out of a good Conversation (behavior; way of life; community) his works with meekness of wisdom.(Jacob 3:13)

Confiança e proteção nas dificuldades

Mesmo nos momentos de dor e esgotamento, a oração dos salmistas lembra que Deus permanece como refúgio acessível. A paz diária não depende da ausência de problemas, mas da certeza de que cada passo é guardado pelo Criador.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] forever.(Tehillim - Psalms 23:6)

One [thing] have I desired of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], and to enquire in his temple.(Tehillim - Psalms 27:4)

For youi [are] my rock and my fortress; therefore for youri name’s sake lead me, and guide me.(Tehillim - Psalms 31:3)

Rest in the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], and wait patiently for him: be troubled (be grieved; be displeased) not yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass.(Tehillim - Psalms 37:7)

My flesh and my heart fails: [but] God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] [is] the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.(Tehillim - Psalms 73:26)

The LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] shall preserve youi from all evil: he shall preserve youri soul.

The LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] shall preserve youi going out and youri coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.(Tehillim - Psalms 121:7,8)
