Yahweh God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.(Genesis 2:7)

For you formed my inmost being.

You knit me together in my mother’s womb.

I will give thanks to you,

for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.

Your works are wonderful.

My soul knows that very well.

My frame wasn’t hidden from you,

when I was made in secret,

woven together in the depths of the earth.

Your eyes saw my body.

In your book they were all written,

the days that were ordained for me,

when as yet there were none of them.(Psalms 139:13-16)

For with you is the spring of life.

In your light we will see light.(Psalms 36:9)

I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live.

I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.(Psalms 104:33)

Let everything that has breath praise Yah!

Praise Yah!(Psalms 150:6)

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. (John 14:6)

The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly. (John 10:10)

Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"(John 11:25,26)

Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will not be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty. (John 6:35)

He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water."(John 7:38)

This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ. (John 17:3)

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.(Romans 6:23)

I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.(Galatians 2:20)

The days of our years are seventy,

or even by reason of strength eighty years;

yet their pride is but labor and sorrow,

for it passes quickly, and we fly away.(Psalms 90:10)

So teach us to count our days,

that we may gain a heart of wisdom.(Psalms 90:12)

"Yahweh, show me my end,

what is the measure of my days.

Let me know how frail I am.

Behold, you have made my days hand widths.

My lifetime is as nothing before you.

Surely every man stands as a breath." Selah.

"Surely every man walks like a shadow.

Surely they busy themselves in vain.

He heaps up, and doesn’t know who shall gather.(Psalms 39:4-6)

For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven:(Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Gray hair is a crown of glory.

It is attained by a life of righteousness.(Proverbs 16:31)

Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.(Ephesians 5:15,16)

Prioridades e o perigo do apego material

Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?

"Which of you by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? (Matthew 6:25-27)

He said to them, "Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses."(Luke 12:15)

For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? (Mark 8:36)

He called the multitude to himself with his disciples and said to them, "Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it; and whoever will lose his life for my sake and the sake of the Good News will save it. For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? For what will a man give in exchange for his life? For whoever will be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man also will be ashamed of him when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels."(Mark 8:34-38)

Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.(Romans 12:2)

Surely goodness and loving kindness shall follow me all the days of my life,

and I will dwell in Yahweh’s house forever.(Psalms 23:6)

One thing I have asked of Yahweh, that I will seek after:

that I may dwell in Yahweh’s house all the days of my life,

to see Yahweh’s beauty,

and to inquire in his temple.(Psalms 27:4)

For you are my rock and my fortress,

therefore for your name’s sake lead me and guide me.(Psalms 31:3)

Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him.

Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way,

because of the man who makes wicked plots happen.(Psalms 37:7)

My flesh and my heart fails,

but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.(Psalms 73:26)

I will never forget your precepts,

for with them, you have revived me.(Psalms 119:93)

Yahweh will keep you from all evil.

He will keep your soul.

Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in,

from this time forward, and forever more.(Psalms 121:7,8)
