22 And the scribes that came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and, By the prince of the demons casteth he out the demons. 23 And he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan? 24 And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. 25 And if a house be divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. 26 And if Satan hath risen up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. 27 But no one can enter into the house of the strong man, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house. 28 Verily I say unto you, All their sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and their blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: 29 but whosoever shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit hath never forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin: 30 because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.

22 E fuori di sé. E gli scribi, cheran discesi da Gerusalemme, dicevano: Egli ha Beelzebub, ed è per laiuto del principe dei demoni, chei caccia i demoni.

23 Ma egli, chiamatili a sé, diceva loro in parabole: Come può Satana cacciar Satana?

24 E se un regno è diviso in parti contrarie, quel regno non può durare.

25 E se una casa è divisa in parti contrarie, quella casa non potrà reggere.

26 E se Satana insorge contro se stesso ed è diviso, non può reggere, ma deve finire.

27 Ed anzi niuno può entrar nella casa delluomo forte e rapirgli le sue masserizie, se prima non abbia legato luomo forte; allora soltanto gli prenderà la casa.

28 In verità io vi dico: Ai figliuoli degli uomini saranno rimessi tutti i peccati e qualunque bestemmia avranno proferita;

29 ma chiunque avrà bestemmiato contro lo Spirito Santo, non ha remissione in eterno, ma è reo dun peccato eterno.

30 Or egli parlava così perché dicevano: Ha uno spirito immondo.
