1 Senhores, a vossos servos fazei o que for de justiça e equidade, sabendo que também tendes um Senhor no céu.2 Perseverai em oração, velando nela com ação de graças;3 orando também juntamente por nós, para que Deus nos abra a porta da palavra, a fim de falarmos do mistério de Cristo, pelo qual estou também preso;4 que eu possa manifestar isso, como eu devo falar.5 Andai com sabedoria para com os que estão de fora, remindo o tempo.6 A vossa palavra seja sempre com graça, temperada com sal, para que saibais como vos convém responder a cada homem.7 Todo o meu estado, Tíquico vos fará saber; irmão amado, e fiel ministro, e conservo no Senhor;8 o qual vos enviei para o mesmo propósito, para que saiba do vosso estado e console os vossos corações.9 Juntamente com Onésimo, amado e fiel irmão, que é um de vós; eles vos farão saber todas as coisas que por aqui se passam.10 Aristarco, que está preso comigo, vos saúda, e Marcos, o sobrinho de Barnabé (acerca do qual já recebestes mandamentos; se ele for ter convosco, recebei-o);11 e Jesus, chamado Justo, os quais são da circuncisão; são estes unicamente os meus cooperadores no reino de Deus e para mim têm sido consolação.12 Epafras, que é um de vós, servo de Cristo, vos saúda, sempre trabalhando ardentemente por vós em orações, para que vos conserveis firmes, perfeitos e completos em toda a vontade de Deus.13 Porquanto, eu dou testemunho de que ele tem grande zelo por vós, e pelos que estão em Laodiceia, e pelos que estão em Hierápolis.14 Lucas, o médico amado, e Demas, saúdam-vos.15 Saudai aos irmãos que estão em Laodiceia, e a Ninfa, e à igreja que está em sua casa.16 E, quando esta carta tiver sido lida entre vós, que seja lida também na igreja de Laodiceia; e também leia a carta de Laodiceia.17 E dizei a Arquipo: Atenta para o ministério que recebeste no Senhor, para que o cumpras.18 Saudação de minha mão, de Paulo. 1 Masters, give your bondservants what is just and fair, knowing that you also have a Master in Heaven.2 Be devoted to prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving;3 meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the Word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds,4 that I may make it clearly understood, as I ought to speak.5 Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time.6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.7 Tychicus, a beloved brother, faithful minister, and fellow servant in the Lord, will tell you everything about me.8 I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that he may know your circumstances and encourage your hearts,9 with Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They will make known to you all things which are happening here.10 Aristarchus my fellow prisoner greets you, with Mark the cousin of Barnabas (about whom you received instructions: if he comes to you, welcome him),11 and Jesus who is called Justus. These are my only fellow workers for the kingdom of God who are of the circumcision; they have been a comfort to me.12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a bondservant of Christ, greets you, always laboring fervently for you in prayers, that you may stand complete and full-grown in all the will of God;13 for I bear him witness that he has a great zeal for you, and those who are in Laodicea, and those in Hierapolis.14 Luke the beloved physician, and Demas greet you.15 Greet the brethren who are in Laodicea, and Nymphas and the church that is in his house.16 Now when this epistle is read among you, see that it is read also in the church of the Laodiceans, and that you likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.17 And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it.18 This salutation by my own hand: Paul.
