1 Porque, eis que naqueles dias, e naquele tempo, em que trarei novamente o cativeiro de Judá e de Jerusalém,2 e também reunirei todas as nações, e as farei descer ao vale de Jeosafá; e ali com elas pleitearei por causa do meu povo, e minha herança, Israel, a quem elas espalharam entre as nações e repartiram a minha terra.3 E lançaram sorte sobre o meu povo, e deram um menino por uma prostituta, e venderam uma menina por vinho, para que pudessem bebê-lo.4 E também que tendes vós comigo, ó Tiro e Sidom, e todos os termos da Palestina? Irão dar-me recompensa? Pois se me recompensas assim, com agilidade e rapidez retornarei a vossa recompensa sobre a vossa cabeça.5 Porque levastes a minha prata e o meu ouro, e pusestes nos vossos templos as minhas coisas desejáveis e formosas.6 Os filhos de Judá e os filhos de Jerusalém também vendestes aos gregos, para os apartar para longe dos seus termos.7 Eis que eu os retirarei do lugar para onde os vendestes, e retornarei a vossa recompensa sobre a vossa própria cabeça.8 E venderei vossos filhos e vossas filhas na mão dos filhos de Judá, e ele os venderão aos sabeus, a um povo distante, porque o SENHOR o disse.9 Proclamai isto entre os gentios; preparai a guerra, acordai os homens poderosos; cheguem-se, subam todos os homens de guerra.10 Forjai espadas das vossas enxadas, e lanças das vossas foices; que o fraco diga: Eu sou forte.11 Ajuntai-vos, e vinde, todos os pagãos em redor, e reuni-vos. Faze descer ali os teus fortes, Ó SENHOR.12 Despertem-se os pagãos, e subam ao vale de Jeosafá; pois ali me assentarei para julgar todos os pagãos em redor.13 Lançai a foice, porquanto a seara já está madura; vinde, descei, porque o lagar está cheio, e as gorduras transbordam, pois a sua maldade é grande.14 Multidões, multidões no vale da decisão; pois o dia do SENHOR está perto, no vale da decisão.15 O sol e a lua escurecerão, e as estrelas retirarão o seu brilho.16 O SENHOR também rugirá de Sião, e fará ouvir a sua voz de Jerusalém; e os céus e a terra tremerão, mas o SENHOR será a esperança do seu povo, e a força dos filhos de Israel.17 E vós sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus, que habito em Sião, o meu santo monte; então Jerusalém será santa e estranhos não passarão mais por ela.18 E acontecerá que, naquele dia, os montes derramarão vinho novo, e as colinas manarão leite, e todos os rios de Judá estarão cheios de águas; e uma fonte sairá da casa do SENHOR, e regará o vale de Sitim.19 O Egito será uma desolação, e Edom será um deserto assolado, por causa da violência contra os filhos de Judá, porque derramaram sangue inocente em sua terra.20 Mas Judá será habitada para sempre, e Jerusalém de geração em geração.21 Porquanto purificarei o sangue daqueles que eu não tinha purificado; porque o SENHOR habita em Sião.

1 For, behold, in those days and in that time, when I bring back again the captives of Judah and Jerusalem,2 I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on account of My people and My possession, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations; and divided up My land.3 And they have cast lots for My people. And have given a boy as payment for a prostitute and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink.4 And also, what are you to Me, O Tyre and Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? Will you restore a recompense to Me? And if you are dealing out to Me, I will return your dealings upon your own head, swiftly, speedily,5 because you have taken My silver and My gold and have carried My desirable good things to your temples.6 You have also sold the sons of Judah and the sons of Jerusalem to the sons of the Greeks, that you might remove them far from their borders.7 Behold, I will arouse them from the place where you have sold them, and will return your dealings upon your own head.8 And I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hand of the sons of Judah, and they shall sell them to the Sabeans, to a nation far off. For Jehovah has spoken.9 Proclaim this among the nations: Consecrate a war; wake up the mighty men; let all the men of war draw near; let them come up.10 Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weak say, I am strong.11 Assemble yourselves and come, all you nations; and gather yourselves together all around. O Jehovah, bring down Your mighty ones.12 Let the nations be awakened and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. For there I will sit to judge all the nations all around.13 Put in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, go down, for the press is full, the vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of Jehovah is near in the valley of decision.15 The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their brightness.16 Jehovah roars from Zion, and He utters His voice from Jerusalem. And the heavens and the earth quake. But Jehovah is a refuge for His people and a fortress to the sons of Israel.17 And you shall know that I am Jehovah your God dwelling in Zion, My holy mountain. And Jerusalem shall be holy, and foreigners shall no more pass through her.18 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drip with new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the ravines of Judah shall flow with waters. And a fountain shall come forth from the house of Jehovah, and it shall water the valley of Shittim.19 Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, because of the violence done to the sons of Judah, whose innocent blood they poured out in their land.20 But Judah will dwell forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.21 For I will acquit them of the guilt of blood which I had not acquitted; for Jehovah dwells in Zion.
