1 Não a nós, ó SENHOR, não a nós, mas ao teu nome dá glória, por tua misericórdia, e por causa da tua verdade.2 Por que os pagãos dirão: Onde está agora o seu Deus?3 Mas o nosso Deus está nos céus; ele faz tudo o que lhe apraz.4 Seus ídolos são prata e ouro, a obra das mãos dos homens.5 Eles têm boca, mas não falam; eles têm olhos, mas não veem.6 Eles têm ouvidos, mas não ouvem; eles têm narizes, mas não cheiram.7 Eles têm mãos, mas não seguram; eles têm pés, mas não andam; nem fala alguma sai através de sua garganta.8 Aqueles que os fazem são como eles; assim também é cada um que confia neles.9 Ó Israel, confia no SENHOR; ele é o seu socorro e o seu escudo.10 Ó Casa de Arão, confia no SENHOR; ele é o seu socorro e o seu escudo.11 Vós, os que temeis ao SENHOR, confiai no SENHOR; ele é o seu socorro e o seu escudo.12 O SENHOR se atentou para nós; ele nos abençoará; abençoará a casa de Israel; abençoará a casa de Arão.13 Abençoará os que temem ao SENHOR, tanto pequenos quanto grandes.14 O SENHOR vos aumentará mais e mais, a vós e a vossos filhos.15 Sois abençoados do SENHOR, que fez o céu e a terra.16 O céu, até os céus são do SENHOR; mas a terra ele a deu aos filhos dos homens.17 Os mortos não louvam ao SENHOR, nem nenhum dos que descem ao silêncio.18 Mas nós bendiremos ao SENHOR, desde este tempo em diante e para sempre. Louvai ao SENHOR.

1 Not unto us, O Jehovah, not unto us, but to Your name give glory, because of Your mercy, because of Your truth.2 Why should the nations say, Where now is their God?3 But our God is in Heaven; He has done whatever He pleased.4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.5 They have mouths, but they do not speak; eyes they have, but they do not see;6 they have ears, but they do not hear; noses they have, but they do not smell;7 they have hands, but they do not handle; feet they have, but they do not walk; nor do they utter through their throat.8 Those who make them are like them; so is everyone who trusts in them.9 O Israel, trust in Jehovah; He is their help and their shield.10 O house of Aaron, trust in Jehovah; He is their help and their shield.11 You who fear Jehovah, trust in Jehovah; He is their help and their shield.12 Jehovah has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron.13 He will bless those who fear Jehovah, both small and great.14 Jehovah shall increase you more and more, you and your children.15 You are blessed by Jehovah, who made the heavens and the earth.16 Heaven, even the heavens, are Jehovah’s; but the earth He has given to the sons of men.17 The dead do not praise YAH, nor any who go down into silence.18 But we will bless YAH from this time forth and forevermore. Praise YAH!
