Desde as profundezas clamei a ti, ó SENHOR.2 Senhor, ouve a minha voz; estejam atentos os teus ouvidos à voz das minhas súplicas.3 Se tu, SENHOR, marcares as iniquidades, ó Senhor, quem ficará de pé?4 Mas há perdão contigo, para que sejas temido.5 Eu espero pelo SENHOR; minha alma espera, e na sua palavra eu tenho esperança.6 A minha alma espera pelo Senhor, mais do que aqueles que vigiam pela manhã; eu digo: Mais do que aqueles que vigiam pela manhã.7 Espere Israel no SENHOR, pois no SENHOR há misericórdia, e com ele há plena redenção.8 E ele remirá a Israel de todas as suas iniquidades.

1 Out of the depths have I cried out to You, O Jehovah;2 Lord, hear my voice. Let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.3 If You, YAH, should keep remembering iniquities, O Lord, who could stand?4 But there is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared.5 I have waited for Jehovah, my soul has waited, and in His Word I have hoped.6 My soul waits for the Lord more than those who watch for the morning; yea, more than those who watch for the morning.7 O Israel, hope in Jehovah; for with Jehovah there is mercy, and with Him redemption is greatly multiplied.8 And He will redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
