1 Ao Músico-chefe, Salmo para os filhos de Corá. Batei palmas, todos vós povos; gritem a Deus com voz de triunfo.2 Pois o SENHOR altíssimo é terrível; ele é o grande Rei sobre toda a terra.3 Ele subjugará os povos debaixo de nós, e as nações debaixo dos nossos pés.4 Ele escolherá para nós a nossa herança, a excelência de Jacó a quem ele amou. Selá.5 Deus subiu com um grito; o SENHOR com o som de uma trombeta.6 Cantai louvores a Deus, cantai louvores; cantai louvores ao nosso Rei, cantai louvores.7 Pois Deus é o Rei de toda a terra; cantai vós louvores com entendimento.8 Deus reina sobre os pagãos; Deus se assenta sobre o trono da sua santidade.9 Os príncipes dos povos se reúnem, até o povo do Deus de Abraão; pois os escudos da terra pertencem a Deus, ele é grandemente exaltado.

1 Clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout unto God with the voice of triumph!2 For Jehovah Most High is awesome, a great King over all the earth.3 He shall put to flight the peoples under us, and nations under our feet.4 He will choose our inheritance for us, the majesty of Jacob whom He has loved. Selah.5 God has gone up with a shout, Jehovah with the sound of a shofar.6 Sing praises unto God, sing praises! Sing praises unto our King, sing praises!7 For God is King of all the earth; sing praises with understanding.8 God reigns over the nations, God sits upon the throne of His holiness.9 The nobles of the peoples are gathered together, the people of the God of Abraham; for the shields of the earth belong to God; He is greatly exalted.
