1. KJV King James Version

26 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; 27 And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. 28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear. 29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

2. NIV New International Version

26 He also said, "This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground.27 Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how.28 All by itself the soil produces grain—first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head.29 As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come."

3. ESV English Standard Version

26 And he said, *[Matt. 13:24-30]"The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground.27 He sleeps and rises night and day, and the seed sprouts and grows; *[Eccles. 11:5,6]he knows not how.28 The earth produces by itself, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.29 But when the grain is ripe, at once *Joel 3:13;Rev. 14:15he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come."

4. NLT New Living Translation

26 Jesus also said, "The Kingdom of God is like a farmer who scatters seed on the ground.27 Night and day, while he’s asleep or awake, the seed sprouts and grows, but he does not understand how it happens.28 The earth produces the crops on its own. First a leaf blade pushes through, then the heads of wheat are formed, and finally the grain ripens.29 And as soon as the grain is ready, the farmer comes and harvests it with a sickle, for the harvest time has come."

5. NKJV Nova Versão King James

26 And He said, *(Matt. 13:24–30, 36–43); Luke 8:1"The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground,27 and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and *(2 Cor. 3:18; 2 Pet. 3:18)grow, he himself does not know how.28 For the earth *(John 12:24)yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.29 But when the grain ripens, immediately *(Mark 13:30, 39); Rev. 14:15he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come."

6. NASB New American Standard Bible 2020

26 And He was saying, "The kingdom of God is like a man who casts seed upon the soil;27 and he goes to bed at night and gets up daily, and the seed sprouts and grows—how, he himself does not know.28 The soil produces crops by itself; first the stalk, then the head, then the mature grain in the head.29 Now when the crop permits, he immediately *4:29 Lit sends forthputs in the sickle, because the harvest has come."

7. DRA Douay-Rheims American 1899

26 And he said: So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the earth, 27 And should sleep, and rise, night and day, and the seed should spring, and grow up whilst he knoweth not. 28 For the earth of itself bringeth forth fruit, first the blade, then the ear, afterwards the full corn in the ear. 29 And when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

8. MSG The Message

26-29 Then Jesus said, "God’s kingdom is like seed thrown on a field by a man who then goes to bed and forgets about it. The seed sprouts and grows—he has no idea how it happens. The earth does it all without his help: first a green stem of grass, then a bud, then the ripened grain. When the grain is fully formed, he reaps—harvest time!
