10 於 是 大 衛 不 肯 將 耶 和 華 的 約 櫃 運 進 大 衛 的 城 、 卻 運 到 迦 特 人 、 俄 別 以 東 的 家 中 。

11 耶 和 華 的 約 櫃 在 迦 特 人 俄 別 以 東 家 中 三 個 月 ． 耶 和 華 賜 福 給 俄 別 以 東 和 他 的 全 家 。

12 有 人 告 訴 大 衛 王 說 、 耶 和 華 因 為 約 櫃 、 賜 福 給 俄 別 以 東 的 家 、 和 一 切 屬 他 的 ． 大 衛 就 去 、 歡 歡 喜 喜 的 將 神 的 約 櫃 、 從 俄 別 以 東 家 中 抬 到 大 衛 的 城 裡 。

10 So David would not remove the ark of Jehovah unto him into the city of David; but David carried it aside into the house of Obed-edom the Gittite. 11 And the ark of Jehovah remained in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite three months: and Jehovah blessed Obed-edom, and all his house.

12 And it was told king David, saying, Jehovah hath blessed the house of Obed-edom, and all that pertaineth unto him, because of the ark of God. And David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-edom into the city of David with joy.
