28 Take heed therefore to yourselves, and to all the flock, wherein the Holy Spirit has set you as overseers, to shepherd the assembly of God, which he has purchased with the blood of his own.

28 Gebt Acht auf euch selbst und auf die ganze Herde, in die euch der Heilige Geist als Aufseher eingesetzt hat, damit ihr treue Hirten der Gemeinde Gottes seid. Gott hat sie ja durch das Blut seines eigenen Sohnes erworben.
