35 I have shewed you all things, that thus labouring {we} ought to come in aid of the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that he himself said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

35 Mit meiner ganzen Lebensführung habe ich euch gezeigt, dass wir hart arbeiten müssen, um den Bedürftigen etwas abgeben zu können. Dabei sollen wir immer an die Worte denken, die Jesus, unser Herr, gesagt hat: 'Auf dem Geben liegt mehr Segen als auf dem Nehmen.'"
