19 Im Schweiße deines Angesichts wirst du dein Brot essen, bis du zurückkehrst zur Erde, {Eig. zum Erdboden} denn von ihr bist du genommen. Denn Staub bist du, und zum Staube wirst du zurückkehren!

19 You will eat bread by the sweat of your face until you return to the ground,

for you were taken out of it.

For you are dust,

and you shall return to dust."
