13 Und der König Salomo hob Fronarbeiter aus ganz Israel aus, und der Fronarbeiter waren 30000 Mann. 14 Und er schickte sie auf den Libanon, 10000 im Monat, wechselweise: einen Monat waren sie auf dem Libanon, zwei Monate in ihrem Hause; und Adoniram war über die Fronarbeiter. 15 Und Salomo hatte 70000 Lastträger und 80000 Steinhauer im Gebirge, 16 ohne die Oberaufseher Salomos, welche über die Arbeit waren, 3300, die über das Volk walteten, das an der Arbeit beschäftigt war.
13 And king Solomon raised a levy out of all Israel; and the levy was thirty thousand men. 14 And he sent them to Lebanon, ten thousand a month by courses; a month they were in Lebanon, two months at home; and Adoniram was over the levy. 15 And Solomon had seventy thousand that bore burdens, and eighty thousand stone-masons in the mountains; 16 besides the overseers whom Solomon had set over the work, three thousand three hundred, who ruled over the people that wrought in the work.
